Great selection of German beer. Photos don’t do this place justice, very nice place with amazing detail. Everyone there was very nice and we’re looking forward to going back next time we’re in New Orleans
Always the best food and experience at Oktoberfest in New Orleans at Deutsche Haus! Everyone is kind and accommodating, the wine and beer selections are incredible, and the music is fun! I love the dog costume contest!
Nice venue, plenty of latrines, and professional assistance. Just wish there had been more than just beer kiosks. The bands were awesome!
Loving time ,music was great. Very nice experience. Oh and the food and beer was excellent!!!
Fun Deutsches Haus to gather for authentic German beer and brats! We also enjoyed the German Flammkuchen pizza with a white cheesy sauce and sausage. Crust tasted pre-made, thin style. It was just ok. Fun to sit outside and chill listening to a couple performers from Jazz fest. Good friendly fast service. Very clean bathrooms.
First time visiting the new location. Did a fantastic job on the building! The German Pizza was delicious and an impressive selection of adult beverages.
Octoberfest was phenomenal this year! Prost!
Deutsches Haus was excellent! Bonnie and I have been wanting to join for years but never got around to it until today. It's a new, distinctive building off of Esplanade, on Bayou St. John across from City Park, a beautiful, quiet area. We had brats and beer for lunch and really enjoyed being there. Looking forward to the Christkindl Markt too!
Many people do not realize that The Deutsches Haus is open for drinks and German style bar food for anyone to enjoy. There are over 10 different German brews on tap and a full bar. We had the bratwurst and German pizza. There's even a nice outdoor seating area! Love this place... especially for Oktoberfest!!!
Fun for us for Oktoberfest. Lots of beers and yummy food to try. They kept some of the German style of food. The first week of the festival they ran out of souvenir mugs.
This place is absolutely beautiful and celebrates all things German about New Orleans. There are festivals, language courses, an entire community of people to spend time with. The new campus is quite nice with a bar inside along with classrooms and seating areas.
The outdoor section is wonderful, relax and read and book and enjoy the views and pleasant people around you.
