Friendly service. Fresh food. A little slow and restaurant could use some cleaning.
The low quality of Wendy's in this city has long been disappointing to me and other fans of square burgers. The one on Claiborne, for example, is the only place I've ever recieved a fast food burger with a bite already taken out of it.
But today, the Wendy's at 3601 de Gaulle broke that trend. Hot

They run the lunch line without being rude. Making all effort to get your order taken and out to you quickly and correct while keeping it friendly. Side note the managers run the cleanest shop around
You could tell it was a somewhat new staff as they took awhile with each order. They were pleasant and friendly. I ordered a salad, nuggets and a frosty. No complaints with the accuracy of the order, and the nuggets were nice, hot and crispy. The salad and frosty were both good as expected. Ord

Went to the Wendy's on Terryparkway and they were out of everything I wanted so I came to this location instead and the wait was long, but everything was perfect once I paid and got out of there. No complaints!
I worked for Wendy's a long time ago and I'm glad to see that they still have the same standards, with great fast service, fresh and never frozen beef, the freshest produce, and a system that really works so that everything comes out quickly, hot and accurate. I've eaten at many different Wendy's, but this was absolutely THE BEST! The employees were friendly, service was fast and accurate, and all the food was hot and delicious!!! Thanks Wendy's on General de Gaulle (whoever that is)!
