We were traveling from Marietta back to Michigan after three full days of riding those Ohio twisty roads. Time for brunch and Googled places to eat when The JNG Grill popped up. We got there in no time from I77. This place is very cool and nostalgic, well the OSU pictures I could have done without. LOL Prompt, friendly service provided by Tia. The menu is spectacular. I started out with the made from scratch Clam Chowder, excellent! Then on to the Boom Burger that too, excellent! The only complaint I have is that The JNG Grill isn't closer, if it were I would be a regular. Great atmosphere, service, food and price you just can't go wrong. So if you're traveling in the New Philadelphia, OH area you have got to give The JNG Grill a try.
We absolutely love the atomsphere here! We walk in and feel like family! The food is amazing, the staff actually cares and you can tell they love their job! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just an all around great place to eat.
we was traveling through here from cleveland and ran across this place. the loaded fries appetizer was AMAZING. also the salad and pork chops were so good. we was so happy to find this place.
I'm not a big bar kind of person but the JNG is just the kind of place I like to sit and hang out for a bit. I see people I know, went to school with, worked with and I enjoy taking my wife and family there to eat, I just love the food. You just got to go there if your in town.
Enjoyed celebrating my birthday and 70th Anniversary of JNG Grill last night! The staff was Awesome! Huge props to the kitchen for another wonderful meal! The band Whiskey Zulu Delta was GREAT! Thank you for a great time!

My wife , Jan Bates and I eat there monthly. We find it has excellent food, good drinks and friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Awesome burgers- we had the Cali melt, J-N-G burger and the Cajun Chicken peanut butter sandwich. All were great.
Awesome Burger, enjoyed the mixed meat pizza as well. Service was spectacular.

The J-N-G offers the best of both worlds. It has that feeling of your local hometown bar, but it has really good top notch food. The burgers are great and they serve homemade fries. The Friday fish special is excellent and the fish bowl drinks or hard to beat.
Best reuben sandwich. There's also like 30 other things I want to try on the menu so I'll have to come back.

Walked in for the first time today and was greeted and welcomed. It felt honest and not forced. Great place for food and drinks. The bar has Angel's Envy bourbon, so that's a plus in my book! I had the iced tea and it was really good. The potato skins were amazing and I totally recommend the wake up breakfast burger (bacon, eggs, and cheese on a burger on grilled sourdough) Sweet Lord, can you ask for more. Stop over and have a drink and some food. And the patio is nice as well.
Had a wonderful Greek salad and the stuffed banana pepper. Excellent, great service.
