We only saw Skipper's from the lovely bench on Susanna street, nice boat dock / ramp and landing. Will be back for lunch happy hour says they are open until 2:30 am. We could not hear voices or music from below.

Nice spot to eat have a drink and relax. I was with a rather large group and the service was excellent. Plan to come back again!
