I didn’t have the chance to rate this place when I was currently traveling to New York back in October, but might I say this place is spectacular! And I’m not even vegan! My friend and I were looking for something new and we found this place down the street. The experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Travelled over from Manchester England and were looking for great places to eat out. We were recommend here from a little vegan cafe called Terris also in Manhattan! Great service and probably the best vegan food I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend this place it a little hidden gem
Yesterday was our first time at the restaurant, but certainly not the last. It was the perfect location and had the perfect menu for me, my daughter & grandkids. We had brunch, and the food was delicious , from the biscuits & gravy to the amazing french toast. The PS burger was the best plant based burger I have ever tasted.....and we all loved your fries 🙂. P.S.- your staff is great!
Oh my goodness I just want to try everything there on the menu!
We stumbled across this place as we searched vegetarian restaurants in New York.
Lovely staff, beautiful surrounds - a cosy feel to it.
The burger would be my partner's favourite vegetarian burger he has tried - the burger has a smokey taste to it.
The food is very well created, interesting, fresh and delicious flavours!
The cocktail and beer we tried were also delicious and unique flavours.
I also respect the social side to this restaurant as profits go to charity and they help out the local community.
Perfect in my opinion.
Food was really good. The service was prompt . The manager even let us in about 10 minutes early, which was very cool of her , we were on a timed schedule for a hotel check out at noon
I had the biscuits and gravy. My better half had the French toast , which I also ended up being able to eat some of .
My only small complaint was our waiter did not really check back to refill our coffees. It’s a small snafu and maybe due to me being a South Jersey Diner guy. Plus the place got busy quite quickly so I didn’t hold it against him.
I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for some vegan options.
100% of their profits go to charitable cause as well. I’m not sure which ones tho tbh
Self-recommend and was on point!! Service was great 👍🏾 and the meals were appealing; very intimate setting and I will visit again!!!
Loved this place. Amazing food, and a great atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it. And their profits are donated to charity!!
It was delicious, I had the BBQ burger and I loved it. Also the cocktail was perfect, fresh and not too sweet. It's a small, beautiful space where you can enjoy a delicious dinner.
Had a great experience at PS. We came in towards the end of the evening and the owner/manager gave up his seat at the bar for us to sit. Food was excellent as well as service. It’s hard to eat vegan while traveling (besides nuts and dried fruit!) so this was a welcome treat! Made for a great end to a great birthday, thank you!!
Plant based menu with very interesting flavor profiles. All proceeds go to charity. Same owner as “Terri”.
We visited P.S. Kitchen for the first time while staying in the city for our anniversary. They have great cocktails (I had a shrub while my wife had a delicious violet flavored drink), fantastic appetizers (fried artichokes and buffalo flavored mushrooms with great sauces), and two main dishes that were both excellent (lasagna and an Alfredo pasta dish)
Giving this 5 stars as it's a vegan restaurant and profits go to charity. Our server was amazing! So friendly and helpful and our 12 year old loved him. Lovely place. Nice lighting and atmosphere. Loved the warm cider! (Non Alcoholic) my partner and son said they had the best burgers ever here. I don't like meat substitutes and struggled to get anything decent to eat so opted for a salad and truffle fries. Not great but OK. Would have been great to have something like a pasta or veggie style burger.
We aren't vegan but we're allergic to cow's milk. It is nice to not have to worry about it when coming to places like this. The food was solid. The Alfredo was fantastic. The Colombia potato soup was good but way too much cilantro for my taste. The cheesecake was too small for the price. The taste was decent but nothing I'd come back for. Small space but cozy.
One of my family's favorite vegan restaurants in the city! We get take out and dine-in often. Food is always fantastic, service is impeccable, the ambiance is lovely and warm. Highly recommended!
Wow! I just ate here with my family and I am beyond impressed! The food was so delicious and the quantity was amazing! The service was also very pleasant and everyone was really kind and friendly! Will definitely be recommending it to my friends when they’re in the city!
A vegan eatery that serves delicious and on point meatless dishes that suits modern diners. We had the Buffalo Wings, Lasagna and BBQ Burger. All the dishes were an enjoyment and astonishment. They are rather busy during peak lunch and dinner timings. Good to make a reservations ahead.
The food was great. We had the hot wings, crab cakes and lasagna. Everything was delicious. The service was terrific.
I am not vegan so I'm probably a little more critical of the food than most customers.
That said, it really was delicious.
At P.S Kitchen, not only do you savor delicious dishes ranging from breakfast to tempting brunch and desserts, but your dining experience also makes a meaningful impact on society. Going beyond just a meal with friends, P.S Kitchen donates 100% of its profits to non-profit social organizations.
A great find on my trip to New York City. They have delicious food and great service, and they are doing a good thing. It's all vegan. Read their mission statement please.
I had the Ceasar salad, added the avocado, and it was perfectly seasoned .and I had a Lavender Martini, which was delicious.
There is outdoor seating available.
Found this restaurant randomly when searching for vegan/vegetarian food while with my friends and I’m not vegan or vegetarian and I got the chicken pot pie and it was super good! One friend got pasta, one got the Cesar salad, and a beet salad. Everyone really enjoyed their food and drinks. The waitstaff were all very friendly and polite! Would come back again!!
This is a totally vegan restaurant with amazing options! I had a tough time deciding between several different entrees but eventually went with the Beyond Meat Burrito while my wife enjoyed the Smoky BBQ Burger. Next time I’ll try the Thai Chicken Sandwich. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
This place was a lot snazzier this last visit. I enjoy the pink lighting and the service was so nice, Pedro was delightful. The food was really good. I loved the Crabby cakes and my Fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken. The lavender martini was so gorgeous and the drinks as I looked around were pretty stunning. I had a nice time!
We’ve been here a few times now. The food is delicious and all proceeds go to a good cause. Highly recommend, especially for vegetarian and vegan eaters! Also great for kosher.
Tasty vegan food in a two floor restaurant in midtown. Came here with a group for lunch. Ordered the chicken pot pie, several others ordered burgers. The pot pie was great, the bbq burger looked tasty. Also have a full bar. Would eat here again
The servers were incredibly kind and accommodating; they answered our questions in detail and provided helpful recommendations when asked. The atmosphere was quite relaxing, the lighting was not at all harsh on the eyes, and it was so clean/well decorated.
We received our food (there were just two of us) incredibly quickly, I think it was less than 15 minutes, but it honestly felt like much shorter! The food was fresh and plated beautifully (the drinks were also very pretty looking)!
Overall, I am so glad I stumbled across this place. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially to vegans as everything was vegan!
Thank you so much for the lovely experience!
Went for dinner with friends when looking for vegan options near Times Square. They had both indoor and outdoor seating options; we chose to sit inside. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food was delectable ; our non vegan friends didn't miss the flavor or taste of their regular fare 😀. Loved the Burrito and Western BBQ Salad the most. Their signature PS burger comes in a gluten-free free option, too!
I also liked the fact that they give all profits to a charity.
Went here on Sunday evening with a. Reservation. It is a spacious place with nice vibes and all good vegan food options.
Got truffle fries which were really tasty. For mains got a beyond Burrito and chicken BBQ salad. Both were great! The dishes are expensive overall but the quantity is good. Had also ordered a side of butterfly lemonade, which was good and looked nice.
A good stop for vegan food overall.
Nice and cozy vegan place. All the profits go to charitable partners. We had Chicken Pot Pie (arrived very hot inside, be careful not to burn your tongue) and homemade lasagna.
