I had a private function for 50 people at Etcetera Etcetera last month. We had the entire second floor. Our two waiters were very good and quick. The food was very good. I had beef medallions and they melted in your mouth! I heard the stuffed chicken breast was just as good. The fish got luke warm reviews. Everyone was great to work with from beginning to end. We were staying at the Intercontinental Times Square and this restaurant is less than a block walk from that hotel.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner at this restaurant whilst visiting NYC. I am gluten and lactose intolerant, so I had the homemade gluten free pasta with white truffles shaved on top, it was unbelievable!!! My boyfriend had the lamb shank and he raved about it. AMAZING cocktails and wine list. The service was brilliant! I can not fault anything about this restaurant and I would highly recommend it!

My family ate here before a show. All the entrees were delicious, service was excellent, and after-dinner cookies (gratis) were great. Reasonably priced.

Half portions were a good size. The desserts are good but very tart.

This is by far the best, most authentic and modern Italian Food you can find in midtown. Excellent value for the quality if both the food and the wine. The pastas are great, the burrata melts in your mouth. Worth a try.

Service was quick. Food was good and edgy, ie, new spins on Italian. Atmosphere contemporary and romantic if not crowded.

VeryPleased. Service was great. The squid ink linguini with scallops and calamari, fresh tomatoes and basil was out of this world. Very Good Eats! Classy atmosphere. Food presentation was superb. I give this one a thumbs up.

Overall a very good experience. I had the cantaloupe, prosciutto, and date’s appetizer that I thought I would never finish, but it was all gone. I also finished with a great budino dessert. So chocolatey!!! The cappuccino that I ordered with it was very good, but came in a mug so big I could barely hold jt?!! The entree was lasagna and it was very good. Still trying to figure out the special flavor it had!! Service was very good!

My friend recently planned a surprise birthday dinner for me here! The indoor decor is cute & dimly lit Italian restaurant. Our waiter, David was phenomenal! He was so attentive and very personable. We started with the bread and the calamari. The bread was amazing with the sauce on the side and I did like the calamari, but the portion wasn’t a shareable size (there were 3 people). The marinara sauce complimented the calamari well. One thing I can say about the drinks, they did their thing! I had the ginger-peach margarita, and I switched the liquor out for reposado and it was so good. I was feeling it after two drinks. For the entree, I had the squid ink pasta, and it was tasty! I tried a few bites of my friend's Cornish hen, and it was soooo good. For dessert, we shared the Valrhona Chocolate cake with the vanilla gelato. The size was perfect because we were full off of our entrees. David sang Happy Birthday to me and my gosh, that man needs a raise and he needs to be a star. I would recommend this restaurant for a date night or a birthday dinner.

This place was great! My husband has Celiac Disease, and we were lured in by the promise of house-made, gluten free gnocchi. We were not disappointed! It was absolutely incredible! That classic gnocchi texture and its subtle flavor was already amazing, and it's also bathed in a creamy, delicious sauce that is all at once worthy of a first date, a last meal, and anywhere in between. We devoured it like we were dying of starvation - even though lunch was barely 2 hours before this stop, and we'd been eating our weight in New York's tastiest goodies all week. For dessert (because somehow we found room to eat even MORE food), we ordered the vanilla panna cotta with amarena cherries, to share. The portion size was perfectly fine, but the food was so incredible we nearly ordered a second one anyway, just so we could have more! The service here was amazing the entire time. Small talk with the waiters made us feel right at home, but they also maintained impressive professionalism and quick, efficient service that made it impossible to forget we were dining out at a nice place. We came in with early dinner reservations, with which I'd left a note about my husband's dietary restrictions (since he cannot have gluten even through cross contact), and as soon as I said my name, the waiter told us he'd read my note. When we were leaving, he told me I was doing a good job taking care of my husband. It was really sweet! Over all, I'd absolutely recommend this place. The atmosphere is beautiful and feels upscale, but the pricing is fair, and the staff is not only excellent but also quite friendly. I really loved our experience here.

Amazing food! Came all the way from Canada and it's so good! David (our waiter) was so kind and sweet. The vibe: cosy and upscale The food: flavourful, and cooked jusssttt right. My husband who is super picky said the fish was cooked perfectly.... And i agree. The cocktails: amazing flavours! I had the peach margarita and the cactus pear margarita and loved them Definitely a great place to go if you are looking for somewhere to go in NYC!

Seriously delicious gluten free pasta made in house. Chewy and perfect with the Bolognese sauce. Incredible spinach ravioli. Little disappointed with the small portion size compared to the big price, but it was heavenly. And they made the brussel sprouts GF for us. Yum. If you can work it into your trip, do it.

Not only was it really solid Italian, I was with a friend who's gluten free and they specialize in that! I ordered gluten free as well so she could try more things, and I can vouch that it's some of the best gluten free pasta I've ever had. Servers were super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and allergies, too. Will definitely be back.

Working with Anna and the team at Etc Etc has been wonderful on so many levels. Not only is the food incredible, the staff so friendly and gracious, and everyone who attended our events at your space loved the experience so much! They were also really generous to help us with our budget and really gave us incredible value. So many other places we looked into had a set rate for events, with set offerings and no flexibility or openness to listen to what we hoped to do. They were flexible to learn more about what we wanted for our guests and were able to modify the delicious menu and experience to really make each event with Etc Etc both personal and memorable, and within our nonprofit budget! I could not recommend Etc Etc enough, it's been nothing but easy choice to celebrate there!

This is a busy lively italian restaurant with excellent service. The wine collection is decent if you like traditional Italian wines. The food was also pretty good - the waiter recommended a dish which he said turned him from a vegetarian to a carnivore - the Casoncelli (a veal ravioli) and it was excellent. All pasta was cooked all dente which is always a pleasure.

My wife and I went out with friends to a show and ate at etcetera etcetera. Boy am I glad we did. Perfect portions. Not too much. Not too little. It's menu is a blend of Greek and Italian cuisine. Fairly priced in a cozy setting. The service is unforgettable. David our server had a larger than life personality. It mixed well with the quiet environment you cant easily find in Midtown. Definitely a great place for a pre or post Broadway meal.

Had a six o’clock reservation before the show. They bring out sliced focaccia with olive tapenade which was delicious. Started with calamari to share it was good. I had the snapper it was nicely done it came on a large bed of spinach. I gave my husband half of the spinach and I still had lots. My husband had the grouper he really enjoyed it. We also ordered a side of roasted potatoes which were good. But had we known the portion sizes there was no need to order the potatoes. We had no room for dessert. We made it to our play Moulin Rouge in plenty of time, it is very close by.

This was probably some of the best gnocchi I have had in a LONG time. They were extremely accommodating to gluten allergies for my sister. Big bonus. We came in close to their closing time and the owner was so kind to seat us anyway. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. Our wonderful waiter suggested a chocolate pudding that was TO DIE FOR. Made the trip…the picture alone could never capture the incredible taste.

This is an excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of the theater district. Normally I stay away from touristy areas when eating, but I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and the three course prixe five at $42 was very reasonable. My grilled fish was excellent!!

I found this place on find me Gluten free app. I thought that it was Nizza, another restaurant around the corner that I had visited years ago. To my surprise it was different and in a nice way. Ambience was a bit darker and modern opposed to Nizza which I would describe as warm. They had several GF menu call outs and the sage ravioli was really a wonderful dish. Burrata was so fresh, it was a standout. As a Brussels sprout connoisseur, I would skip the sprouts. For the GF version, it’s missing flavor.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Hell's Kitchen. The service is impeccable and they always ask if you are going to see a show so they can assure your dining experience won't conflict with your schedule. The drinks are delicious and the food is out of this world. I get the veal ravioli every time I come here, I highly recommend.
