I had the Chef’s Tasting here three days ago and found the food to be excellent, with varied complex flavors and interesting pairings. I am vegan and found that the chef easily rose to the occasion to make delicious fully plant-based dishes such as spaghetti with squash and chili; hearts of palm over cannelloni beans with shaved Australian black truffle; and corn and fennel over seared tofu with ancho Chile, almond purée and crumbles of popcorn and lime. The service was exceptional, among the best I’ve experienced and the views of Central Park were beautiful and complemented the meal very nicely. The dining room has an absolutely first rate elegant decor and is a stunning space to dine in. Highly recommended dining experience.

I would recommend Jean George to everyone for a relaxing and very enjoyable dinner. Compliments to the chef and staff for an amazing experience; the burrata with the raspberry compote was very refreshing! If I could rate this restaurant higher I would.

The service is exquisite, staff was connected and communicative with us and each other. The brunch courses flowed smoothly and delicately. The flavors textures and freshness were over the top. Pastry chef should be commended. A genuinely wonderful experience!

Absolutely worth every penny. Our server Erik and the entire staff gave exactly what you'd expect and more from a restaurant at that level. Picking up both our plates at exactly the same time and being so attentive that we never waited more than 5 seconds if we had a question. Unfortunately, we are not wealthy enough to go there every night, but we will certainly be back soon!

Impeccable service. Food to die for. As a treat it was really great and not too expensive. 2 dishes plus dessert and coffee is just right for lunch. Put it on your list of things to do in NY.

Very good service. Food was little bit salty. Tasting menu price for a Michelin 3 star rated restaurant is considered affordable. Parking was $50. We were 8 people. Ordered Fall Tasting Menu. Total with tips came out $1883.00

Can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. They made our anniversary so special and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with gluten free options and substitutions which made me feel looked after. The wagyu was one of the best I've ever had, and that's saying something.

We visited numerous Michelin star restaurants in our New York City visit and all were great but Jean-Georges blew them all out of the water the food was spectacular service was personal and exceptional the sommelier was personable and accommodating the atmosphere was just beautiful the table lighting was beautiful and unique. My wife and I both agree on our last trip Jean-Georges was our favorite and exceeded all our exceptions. I would highly recommend and I want to thank the team for providing us a lasting memory and even allowing us a picture at the pass exceptional!!!

What a delightful experience. From the ambience and service to the food, everything was on point. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and we felt this was a very special experience. We chose the 10-course omnivore tasting menu and it did not disappoint. The only dish we didn't particularly enjoy was the squab. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were very interesting, but it felt too heavy as the ninth course and the flavor of the meat had a strong aftertaste. This, I'm sure is a matter of personal taste. I would have personally preferred the wagyu beef from the 6-course menu. The other nine courses, the amuse bouche, the special anniversary mousse dessert and the mignardises were all fabulous! The French and SE Asian flavors were delicate and complex at the same time, combining textures, temperatures and all four flavors plus umami. Just exquisite. Thank you for making our day so special. Shout out to our friendly server from Georgia.

we have a lunch here in the NYC restaurant week. The appetizers are innovative, I can tell the chef is trying to mix the taste from other parts of the world with original European taste, such as a spicy fish meat sushi. The entree are excellent with multiple layer taste, also different from traditional French cooking.

One of the better Michelin Stared restaurants in Manhattan. Unfortunately, they do not do wine pairings anymore, but they do have a very good wine list.

Jean Georges is always a wonderful treat! Every detail from the gorgeous dining room and comfortable seating to the impeccable service is THE BEST. And the food is always the star. We loved the 10 course menu and I included photos of our very favorite dishes.

A very fine dining experience. Food: High quality when seen from the restaurant's rating. The raw fish dishes did not live up to the hope but many of the cooked fish dishes were excellent. Dessert was outstanding. Service: Excellent. Very good staff who attended to all aspects of the service. Atmosphere: Tables were closer to each other and the dining room was louder than anticipated.

I’m happy to see that Jean-Georges is every bit as good as it was when I was last in NYC with time for an exceptional dinner 9 years ago. It shines in every way and everything is without exception, exceptional. Perhaps in French one would say it’s magnifique! I met Jean-George’s brother Philippe and his daughter both of whom have a role in the tremendously great hospitality on display. It shows that you can be a two star Michelin restaurant and be warm and friendly with customers who prefer a convivial atmosphere rather than a formal one (not that there is anything wrong with that as Seinfeld might say—to each their own!). On my first visit I got to see Burt Reynolds at the table next to ours. On this visit I got to meet Philippe. Maybe next time I will meet Jean-Georges himself and then I can tell him personally how much I’ve loved his restaurants and that I remember and miss Vong from a long time ago.

This experience was incredible! I honestly cannot say anything negative about this fine dining experience. We chose the “Six” omnivore tasting. This was $268 per person. From the start, we had an incredible server. All encounters with Jean-Georges staff were positive. My favorite course was Course 3, the Peekytoe Crab. My least favorite (which was still great) was Course 4, the Black Sea Bass. I can only say I had a least favorite course because I’m just not much of a fan of Sea Bass, but if you, you will enjoy it. Flavorful is such an understatement when describing the food we were served. Only great things to say about Jean-Georges! Thank you. NOTE: Dress up! Even if you feel overdressed - you’re not. Everyone in this restaurant was in either a suit or a proper dress.
