We’ve never had trouble getting a table for two very quickly. The sushi is all good, and the service is very fast and friendly. The last time we ate here we had various types of sashimi as well as some excellent, interesting yellowtail and scallion maki rolls. We very much enjoyed the experience. We ate here prior to a play and had no worries about not making it out the door on time. I would describe the atmosphere as “businessey,” which is to be expected for the neighborhood. I’ve only been here for dinner, but it would be a terrific business lunch spot. If you are looking for a sushi restaurant with good food and where you won’t break the bank or spend all evening, this is a good option.

Nice place. The season salad’s dressing was very well measured. The assortment of sushi we ordered was very tasty and the smell great. The presentation is appetizing and the staff sympathetic. Try this place. I like it 👍
1st time = awesome. Went once.... simply put, one of the best dining experiences ive ever had. everything was sooo damn good. Definitly recommend if you are willing to spend some money. This place epitomizes the idea of you get what you pay for. cheers.
I have been coming here with my boyfriend for years! It is our go-to spot for high quality sushi! We also always order the miso lobster, it is always fresh and the butter sauce accompanied with it is a taste of heaven! The king salmon is my personal favorite. The service is great, atmosphere is cozy and perfect for date night! I also recommend making a reservation on the weekends.
I can say it's the best lobster I've ever eaten. They separated it so well that it was very easy to eat. Especially the butter sauce! AWESOME 🤤
Sushi and some appetizers were pretty good too. Literally , it is a best with atmosphere and service so far.

I always visit this place to have the fried chicken. I think is the best fried chicken in the US. Crispy tasty juicy and full of flavors.
They also have very good suchi dishes, with an army of chefs ready to cater every order. But my fav here are the fried chicken and the ox tail rice dish
The restaurant is very well located next to columbus circle.

It's our second time here. It's always packed during mealtime. The food is amazing, and so is the service. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well.
Everything was delicious if I had to recommend one thing it is to get their chicken wings as an appetizer it is juicy, crunchy and the honey sauce that goes with it is delicious be warned if you are going to share with more than 2 people there are only 5 pieces.
This place is a bit more expensive than other sushi places I have been to with cost high and portion sizes small. But it was very good.
We also tried some of there sushi very fresh but I think for the cost it was very little.
Update from October 2023 …
Food is still very good, especially the sushi. The other appetizers we had were quite a bit saltier than prior visits.
We dined 8pm on a Friday evening and the restaurant noise level was quite loud averaging 83dB. It was very difficult to have a real conversation. You might keep that in mind if you want to talk to your dinner companions.
Prices are as you’d expect. We spent $80pp (tax & tip included) without ordering alcohol or main dishes.

I came here again. It was me and my other two friends. We had ceviche again (my favorite), big huge set of sushi (I guess the potion is for four but three of us can barely finish it), some cocktail drinks. We went around 7:30pm and it was a line. We waited about 20 minuets and then we got a table. Service was nice as usual:) I had such a great dinner with my friends.

I LOVED this restaurant. Food was delicious, ambiance was lovely and staff was kind & courteous. And the N.Y. Strip Steak was cooked perfectly. Sometimes, restaurants overcook steak even when I ask for rare. But this place made it rare! Also, the miso soup was the best I’ve ever had. It was so fresh that you put in the fresh miso paste yourself, which is great if you wanted to control your sodium level. The Sushi and Sashimi were also excellent!
We sat at a nice booth and loved the service and food. Everything was fresh. I loved mushroom salad, vegan vegetable sushi wrapped in cucumber (and topped with avocado). My server recommended amberjack appetizer and oyster tempura. I have never tried them before but glad I did! I wish I took more photos. Everything was beautifully plated. It was a perfect lunch (maybe slightly expensive for lunch? But I will skip dinner haha). It is inside of a hotel.
Theres only one word to describe this evening’s sushi “ pretty pretty good “.
The water glass tho is a little worn out.
The main dining room can be very loud and we were lucky to have a 4 seater table between the section of the bar and the main room.
Blue Ribbon is a fantastic sushi restaurant that I highly recommend. The quality of the sushi is outstanding, with fresh and delicious fish. The presentation is impressive, and the menu offers a great variety of rolls and "from our kitchen" meals. Overall, a must-visit for sushi lovers.
Place was great, and service was carefully thought, bringing everything just on the right time.
Had the spicy crab roll maki, which was amazing, and an IPA matcha beer which was unique.
The sushi was carefully done, very fresh and as good as expected.
The atmosphere could be better, since the entrance is inside the hotel, and has two different zones, bit it is quite beautiful.

The inside is very nice with a lot of seating, including small enclosed rooms, open tables and my favorites, the sushi bar way in the back.
This place is FAST! And GOOD! I found the fish to be fresh and plentiful. Otoro and Uni were my favs, but the 7 color roll won my vote for best variety!
Definitely gets my Go There vote!

We love the sushi here and be sure to try the fried chicken with honey dipping sauce. I realize that fried chicken is odd for a sushi place, but this is the best ever. She loves this joint because it has a lot of cooked foods and I LOVE their sushi. Very reasonably priced especially the chef's selections that come with 7 or 10 pieces of sushi plus a roll of tuna or California roll. We love their white sauce as well which is sesame mayo. Yummy. Fried rice with an soft boiled egg on top is great too but it is a LOT of fired rice. Same with the soup bowls. They are huge but really good. The salmon tartare is very good but it is almost purrered. Some do prefer chunks of salmon, but I like it either way. Check out all of our reviews.
