This was not on my list for burgers whilst in New York, however we stopped in here due to being quite hungry and it being close. I had the Bison burger with blue cheese and a cola. I was not expecting much, however the flavours of this burger were delicious. And the blue cheese was fresh and bursting with flavour. New York City is full of burger options and if you like a burger and are in the area this is worth a crack. Cleanliness: Seemed very clean Freshness: Food seemed incredibly fresh Staff: Friendly Service: Prompt Price: Reasonably priced Wait time: Seated immediately Restrooms: Yes Would I go back: No. so many other options in New York I’d try another burger joint. Would I recommend: Yes. Give it a go. Downside is they did not have any Coca Cola, Pepsi or any good drinks, only organic. If they had soft drinks like Coke etc they would be kicking goals.

This place is great to eat out with friends or for a romantic date. The interior is to die for, the staff are very welcoming and kind hearted and finally the food there is diverse and well prepared (I would recommend the Moroccan salad)

The service here was excellent. The ambiance was cool, but I was not overly impressed with the food. They give you two meat patties, (which are thinner than a normal craft burger, so no complaints there), but both of mine were pretty underdone. I like my burgers medium, but one of my patties was very underdone, like pretty raw on the inside. I'm not sure if this is common or not, but it was pretty slow when I went. My food came out very fast (almost too fast I would say...). Aside from that, I loved the spicy mayo.

I love this place because they have so many gluten free options and they take allergies seriously. Love the food too.

This place was a great find. We built our own burger- the bread had the perfect texture, the meat perfectly seasoned and juicy, sauces were delicious. Service was extremely kind and helpful. Portions were generous. My only comment would be perhaps doing a single thicker patty instead of two thin patties. Maybe you could order that, but by default we got two thin patties.

Over all a good dining experience. I wasn’t expecting them to not have regular sodas but it wasn’t a big deal and makes sense. The burgers were good but the patty lacks a little flavor. The fries were so good. We got those west style, which made all the difference. Pretty prompt service for the most part.

Delicious with a lot of options for both vegan and vegetarian. The wagyu is incredible!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS BURGER JOINT FOR 3 YEARS NOW, THE WAITERS ARE ALWAYS NICE, ALWAYS HELPFUL, AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD, PLUS IF YOU ARE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM NYU COLLEGE, AS WELL AS WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THAT, THIS IS A GREAT AREA TO RELAX AND CHILL AFTER HAVING A GOOD MEAL ,WITH A FRIEND OR SPOUSE...

This would be a five star rating if it were based on the food. So, if you order take-out, this should be a five-star review. Otherwise, being physically here is awful. I waited about ten minutes from seating outside to even getting water. A few minutes later, I was offered food and refreshments. A few minutes after ordering my wine (half off, and a great deal at that), I was told the bottle was out of stock. No big deal, but the staff should be aware, especially on a Friday. Once my second choice was delivered (a delicious cab, which I do recommend as the food/drink here are still excellent), I had the unpleasant experience of having a lipstick stained wine glass. Not great. I have to admit, the food was delivered promptly and was delicious. I ordered the Forager and it was juicy, flavorful, and worth the money. The sweet potato fries were crisp yet fluffy, tempting you to believe they are bad and healthy for you at the same time. At the time of this writing, I have been sitting inside, with my card on the table for over a half an hour. I have not had a waiter check in with me at all. I was literally able to write this entire review without anyone offering to refill my glass, take my food away, offer me a check, or just check in. In summation, the food was excellent. The service was horrid. Order takeout if you do not want to be disappointed. EDIT: I brought this up to my waiter. I requested to speak to the manager multiple times, but he said that the manager was unavailable and instead comped my meal. I would like to come back because of how healthy and delicious the food was, but then I would have to deal with the (hopefully-improved) service. Take that with a grain of whole-wheat. I have updated my review (from 2 to 4 stars) to reflect the management’s response to the situation, which was handled professionally.
