I like Limani. I love the USDA prime bone in cowboy ribeye. I like the mushrooms and crab cake. I like the beet with Greek yogurt and honey. I enjoy the center pool and overall environment. Quite pleasant and unique. Friendly and attentive service.
Limani is one of the nicer Greek restaurants in the Rockefeller Center area. They have a fabulous pre-fix lunch menu. The restaurant is a little loud but beautiful inside, the food is solid, and the service has always been great. The best seats in the house are the ones right next to the pool in the center of the restaurant.
Great food, Euro-waterfront vibe. The seafood is fresh & delish! Staff not that attentive, we sat at our table quite a while before we were acknowledged. (It can be noisy & tables very close together.) They have a reasonable pre-fix, Theater-goers menu (last page), which offers a 3-course meal for the price of an entree. They're located 1/2 block from Rockefeller Christmas Tree, so it can be chaotic to get to during the holidays. A nice, upscale option, close to Radio City, if you're going to a show. Enjoy!
Our family went for their restaurant week Sunday brunch. We were happily surprised. Every dish is regular size(some restaurants participating RW only provide tasting menu size). Everything is delicious. Will definitely come back.
My wife and I had a great experience at Limani. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was wonderful. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful time out.
My first time at Limani and it was Amazing!!! The decor of the place, the friendly service and Excellent food made this one of my favorite places to eat. I had our company dinner here and everyone agreed we need to go back
Three-course lunch special delighted my palate from start to finish. The tomatoes salad was beautifully seasoned. Sea bass with caper sauce was delicious. Whipped yogurt was a tasty final course.
Scallop, sea bass and walnut cake with ice cream with coffee. Clean and fresh taste. The cake was cold and hard taste like carrot cake. Nice ambiance but the waiter was rushing little too much. Sparkling water is $11 per bottle.
Definitely a nice ambiance for sure.
Service was good. Not sure if it was because it was towards the end of the night but they were attentive.
Mussels were delicious! Octopus was grilled nicely.
Lamb chops were tasty and cooked well. It comes with fries. The fries are good but I definitely think there should be a sauce or a little ketchup recommended on the side.
Crazy spectacular ambience. Great customer service. Terrific location. Had a great time from start to finish and I'll be back!!!!
Food was amazing. You can fill up on the appetizers. Definitely a place to return until you've tried everything on the menu.
The staff is attentive... maybe a little too attentive. There were times when the conversation was broken by interrupting staff and several times that we were trying to eat over the outstretched arms of staff taking dishes and glasses off the table.
But overall a great experience.
The restaurant is beautiful! Wait staff is very nice and attentive. Appetizers and desert were really delicious. Main course could have used a little more seasoning but was good. That's my only reason for not giving 5 stars.
With elegant decor this restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience. Attentive staff was friendly and serviceable throughout our meal. Lastly the food was exceptional from the grilled octopus to the lamb chops. Will definitely be back again to explore the menu!
Not recommend for kids, very expensive. But very good π π
I went for their restaurant week menu. It's a three course prix fixe menu, everything was delicious. The sea bass was so fresh. The ambiance was great, spacious and quiet, there was an interesting water installation in the middle of the restaurant.
Amazing. Was a little nervous to go out of our comfort zone after skimming the menu but the food was amazing. We had calamari, crab cakes, sea bass and asparagus. Also had the chocolate cake. It was all fresh! The decor was great but like the other reviews, it was very loud.
Can I start by saying WOW! my daughter took me to Limani for my birthday. The fried cheese was cheesing, scallops was scalloping π the lobster pasta was lobstering and the sea bass was bassing.ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½
I had a uniquely name drink Achilles something (forget the full name) it was so good I had 3.π€£
Upscale Mediterranean restaurant at 51st st Rockefeller center. Ambiance is clean and unique, white with a blue lighted small pool in the middle, colors remind me of Greece. Good Mediterranean food, good value with the price fix menu; cocktails were more than $20 each, Greek beer in a bottle was $15. We were a party of four and the bill was almost $300 with 18% gratuity. $$$$.
