This is an alright place. It's a good size with a lot of retro beer pictures. The service was good. The fried pickles were the best I've ever had. I also enjoyed my mango margarita. My steak sandwich wasnt bad. Someone did get a little crazy with salting the french fries. Overall it's a good spot to stop in Times Square for a visit.
We were told by a local to go here and have a burger as they are simply the best in NY and you won’t have to queue up.
Although a tad sceptical we did go and he was absolutely correct .
These burgers are amazing and there are also veggie , chicken and turkey options.
If in NY do go !

Quality service. Food was very good. The kids chicken fingers were enough for 2 kids. The burgers were well cooked. Def. Recommend the sweet potato fries. Bison burger tasted about the same as the regular burger.
Top location; delicious burgers; good selection of drinks; fast and very friendly service; moderate prices; but you need a reservation at peak times, otherwise you have to sit at the bar
Came here for a post work birthday dinner with my fiancee. Wow, I have been here years ago and did not remember a thing about the restaurant but suggested it. We walked in and it was fairly empty. We were seated quickly and our amazing waitress took our order down. The food was great! The burger, the steak sandwich, the shakes! Great! We have already made plans to return. Great service and great food. I cannot wait to return.

The burgers here are seriously delicious. Truly great restaurant in Times Square. If you want an affordable, cheap place to eat in that area that doesn't such and isn't overpriced, this is your place. The layout and decor is nice too, with a sports bar/pub vibe and lots of space and high ceilings.
Sat at the bar to eat dinner Christian was great! Im in NYC often for business and i will definetly be returning. Oh yea. The bison burger was great! A little overcooked. But nonr the less a tasty burger.

Always have loved their burgers. This is a great spot to catch a quick meal- I've never had problem with the wait times, and the staff is always so attentive. I got the wings this time which were nice and hot- but not too hot. The nutty chocolate hard shake was great too, a little strong, but I'm a lightweight so it could have just been me. I would definitely recommend trying them out if you're in the area.

Good place to get a burger. They have traditional style burgers as well as more unique ones, such as bison meat, crab cake burgers or tuna burger. Try the sashimi tuna burger!
The thing that attracted us to this restaurant is that it is part of the Heartland Brewery chain. The good thing about that is that my hubby could enjoy the brewery's real ales and I could enjoy their root beer. The burgers were very tasty and the portions were more than ample. We chose a portion of 'Tater Tots' which were something new for us and were quite amazing. The service was very good in nice surroundings. Would return to this restaurant and would recommend.
Great hole in the wall spot, especially if you are craving burgers. While the burgers are reasonably priced - considering the great quality of the burgers - the fries were definitely lacking.
The service was good as well. Not too many annoying check-ins but the wait staff are always within range.
