The service is pretty fast. I love how you build your own burger here, like you need to mention each and every topping you want or you'll end up with just bun and patty, even mayo or ketchup you have to mention. The patty is super fresh and flavorful. I am not a fan of their homemade fries but I do love their burgers.
First time at Five Guys. Two big paties for a regular burger taste good, excellent fries. Funny, but Zero shugar Coca-Cola was too sweet for me. Sprite was much better. I guess it's priced right for today but it's still pricey. Overall, it was goodđź‘Ť
I'm from Spain and I visited New York last week and went to Five Guys. We loved it! We had the best potato chips ever! And the burguer with mushrooms was delicious. And we loved all the choices for drinks, and the people there were great workers with a lot of style, and so nice. I love New York and I love Five Guys ❤️

The food as always was well prepared and tasty. The one concern is that if a person was handicapped they will have to ask for assistance in order to get down the short flight of stairs. Other that aberration it's nice to know that there is a good place to get burgers next door from Rockefeller Center.
The legendary Five Guys. Fries are the amongst the best you can get. Had the vege sandwich today, good and felt more healthy.
I've never had five guys before today and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a single little bacon patty bacon burger with small fries and a drink. They don't do combos here so you order everything separately and you get to choose your toppings. I had the basics: mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles on a crispy bun. The fries were overly packed in the bag and the best part was the freestyle drinks. They had my fav vitamin water and Powerade flavors. The only downside is that this little single bacon burger, small fries, and small drink cost me $18.
Super yummy! My food was ready on time. My order was accurate and hot. Folks were cracking jokes in the prep area and smiling. What more could you ask for?
Pricey for burgers. Little hamburger with a single patty with all the way toppings is good enough to fill you. Fries were a bit too spicy and salty, so you’ll need a drink after. No free peanuts at this location.

The burgers are pretty good, but the whole "build your burger from scratch" caught us by surprise. You expect burgers to have at least the basic toppings and having to select each one for each burger is quite time consuming. Staff don't really explain that to new-comers either. The burgers and fries are great and love the variety of options in the soda fountain. This particular location has a small space to dine in and people mostly stand around waiting for a chance to sit.
I ate at Five guys in Dubai, Germany and now in New York…they were all good but this one patty was the best
De burgers were delicious!! But damn I’m not used to people been so indifferent with the clients jejeje you know even KFY in my country are polite and helpful

Just how Five Guys can be in Manhatten. Clean, quick, nice food, helpful servers in an environment you want to sit it. Clean washroom(toilet). And staff cleaning the dine area.
Best burger in New York.
Price is ok, service is good. Nothing to complain.
Food gets done very fast, recommend for a quick bite.
You choose a burger and all the sides are free, make your combination.
The fries are amazing!
