Few tips for the waiters here: must offer steak knife if the patron orders a steak. This should not be an optional request. The food was good but the service made the experience less wanting to go back. The wine glasses were always empty (in other words the wait staff were not there to keep filling them). The place had a good ambience. If not for the service quality, would recommend a higher rating overall.

One of the top rated English Breakfasts in NYC. At $30 it needs to be perfect and it nearly was. Eggs were slightly undercooked, unable to swap the toast for fried bread as they didnt know what was. Certainly a good breakfast but I’ll keep searching NYC

Have only visited the bar here but that was good enough to give it 5 stars. The staff is super friendly and makes amazing drinks! I’d say my favorite drink was the Burnout but the bartenders can very easily make you something off menu if that’s what you prefer. Highly recommend stopping by!

Absolutely incredible! Next level cocktails and great food! The bar is even using pandan in one of their cocktails which is something I love and haven’t seen being used very commonly outside of Asia or in cocktails! The atmosphere is also fantastic! Feel posh without feeling snooty! The incredibly friendly staff and management all went out of their way to make us feel at home! Kudos to all but especially manager Steven! You’ve got an incredible place and staff! Cheers!

Stylish atmosphere and beautiful decor Great service Food was delicious Great bar with wonderful selection of delicious cocktails. However, later we discovered that our chicken was uncooked inside, I was very disappointed, Unexpected for a place like this.

Very lovely place to be in . Staff is excellent. The building is a nice change of pace . The food is great . Little more on the expensive side but I would say worth it. The seared scallops was excellent but a little less salt would make it more of a delicacy. Same with the ribeye . But will happily come back . More expensive but worth the experience .

Recently dined at Clocktower Restaurant and had the opportunity to sample some of their signature dishes. First off, the Beef Wellington was decent – it's a classic dish that was well-prepared but didn't necessarily stand out. The duck breast was average, nothing particularly memorable, but it was cooked adequately. The foie gras, however, was a pleasant surprise. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, a definite highlight of the meal. Moving on to desserts, there was a hint of creativity in their offerings. Though the selection wasn’t vast, it's apparent they're trying to introduce something fresh to the palette. Price-wise, I found it to be reasonable for the quality and presentation of the food. Overall, Clocktower offers a satisfactory dining experience with a few dishes shining brighter than the others. Would recommend for those looking for a balanced meal with no extreme highs or lows.

I had the Rib-eye and my friend had the Halibut. They were both exceptional. Our waiter Evan was very helpful with his suggestions. Service was amazing from the minute we checked in up until we left. Loved it! Highly recommended.

Our last night in New York my husband and I decided to be a little fancy and have a nice dinner and spend some $$. The whole experience was amazing. Our waitress was great and had many recommendations when I asked questions about different dishes and wine! All the wait staff where amazing! Our meals where delicious! The toffee pudding though was the best thing Iv tasted. If you do decide to come to this establishment it is located on the 2nd floor of The New York EDITION. I definitely would recommend restaurant to others! And I also can’t wait to come back when we come back in a year! Huge thank you to the wait staff for making the experience amazing!

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan. Loved the vibe and would especially recommend breakfast on a rainy day. The place has an elevated atmosphere to it. Staff was super friendly.

I've been here twice the first time with a group of 9 people. Both my visits were excellent experiences, the service and atmosphere are both excellent. With the large group every person I dined with enjoyed their meal. I have had the cavatelli and the Shepherd's pie both were delicious, I enjoyed the cavatelli more. The Greenpoint is my favorite cocktail and they have a pretty substantial wine list. I highly recommend this place.

🍽️Food: 5/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 5/5 🪑Ambiance: 5/5 📝Notes: You need to try their Buttermilk pancakes, they are soooooo soft and good 🤤 The Avocado on toast is also good but I would add salmon as a side. The staff are really professional and kind. I would defiantly come back on my next trip :)

Service was excellent. Madison, the lady who took care of our table was great. Very engaging and friendly, and she gave the best recommondations. I asked her what her favorite was in the menu and I ordered it. My friends ended up eating from my plate cause my order was the best. Madison also engaged us with historical trivia about the building the restaurant was in. Overall: Good food, great service! If you read this and end up going, please tell Madison you read this review and that she's was very kind. We hope it makes her day! It's always nice to show people we appreciate what they do. :)

An interesting british gastro pub experience. Scotch egg has quail egg in center, a liitle overdone. Fish & chip was amazing, so flaky and fluffy. English breakfast a bit eh no blood sausage. Going to try aged burger next time.

My first time here, this an excellent spot for upscale British classics. The beef Wellington is excellent but the shepherd’s pie stole the show - so flavorful and just a wonderful take on what can be a somewhat mundane dish. They also have a sticky pudding which is also really good as well as a baked Alaska which I didn’t have but was popular as they flambé it table-side.
