Great date night spot. Live jazz/soul while you eat. There seems to be a 2 hour maximum for the table and they make that apparent when you arrive. They have a coat check for cold nights. The cocktails were on point and the food was delicious. Would come back when in NYC.

Such an amazing vibe here- perfect for a date night or drinks with a friend! Our drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the live funk band that performed was the cherry on top!

I absolutely LOVED my first visit! It was my last night in NYC and I was looking for an elevated bar with a sexy, cozy ambiance near my hotel. I love the dim red lights and interior design. There’s coat racks beneath the bar and live entertainment. I first ordered the Blackberry Gimlet, which is a slightly slush frozen drink. It tastes more like juice than alcohol, which is my preference. I would have loved 2 more of those, it was a really tasty cocktail! Next I tried The Free Spirit, which is non-alcoholic. Soooo yummy and creamy! Think tropical vacation vibes. Only complaint is that it got watered down because of the ice before I was even halfway done with it, so I suggest drinking it quickly. Lastly, I had dessert — The Flatiron Sphere. What a cool idea/presentation! It’s presented as a huge chocolate dome, which worried me, but as the server poured the chocolate sauce onto it, the hollow dome collapses to reveal a chocolate cake slice with strawberries and whipped cream. The dome then melts all around the plate. It had a slight pudding texture. Overall, it tasted fine, it was just far too rich for me. I’d order once more just for the presentation lol. I gave the service 4/5 stars. The hostess was polite and accommodating. The bartender was just nice enough. I didn’t find him to be that inviting when I first sat down and he could be snippy at times. But his service was prompt and straight to the point. I wish I had tried this spot sooner and not hours before my flight home. I can’t wait to return and make it a hangout spot!

Had done two very informative and fun virtual whiskey tastings with the owner Tommie during the pandemic. Finally got here in person. Beautiful room. Live music. Best Espresso Martini (with bourbon) ever. Food was excellent. Our server, Maria, was attentive, friendly and helpful. Will return!

Great little spot with a MASSIVE collection of whiskey. My bartender was amazing, informative and patient. She recommended a few things that I was quite interested in, Especially when they didn’t have my first choice. Also, she was an awesome conversationalist!

A first-class NYC experience the moment you see the entrance on the street. From the hosts, coat room, wait staff, and wait support, every single member of the staff was warm, engaging without being intrusive, kind, and gracious. The food was outstanding and gorgeously presented. Our server was expert in service and her recommendations for whiskey based on my tastes. The band was impeccable and great balance/volume for the space. What an amazing experience from beginning to end! If you want the perfect, top-notch, five-star treatment make your reservations. Thank you to those who conceived, executed, and continue to maintain the vision of this space.

What a gem. The food was unexpectedly incredible. The oysters were so soft. Some of the best I’ve had. The Mac and cheese was also so good. Bone marrow has never really appealed to me until I ordered it from this place. The vibes were amazing. Great music, great energy. The red lighting adds to the scene and just feels boujieee! Will definitely return.

Beautiful intimate small cool settling for a date night or a chill night with your girls. Not crowded, no one was being pushy. The hostess was really nice even though we were running late. The band that played sounded good. The music wasn’t too overpowering not to have a conversation. The drinks were amazing. A well balance of all flavors. The whiskey flights were really good also. Food was really good, everything tasted fresh small portions for what you get though. Menu items add up, you can easily spend $3-$400 here. My experience was worth all items ordered.

Great intimate place for a good date as well as for small dinner party. The night we went there was live music 🎶 (great) Cocktails - expensive but good. Food - very tasty but takes longer than one would expect. Stuff is friendly and professional.

The Flatiron Room is a fun and unique experience. It is a step back in time with a certain 1920s swagger. You get amazingly unique live entertainment surrounded by an extremely large whiskey selection. There whiskey selection is quite extensive and our very helpful server guided my wife to a few great whiskey selections. I myself stuck with their outstanding cocktail menu.

food and service es excellent, the overall environment is perfect for a couple. The live music is good, but not original jazz or blues, I was disappointed because of this. Scotch selection is broadly available.

I have now had the pleasure of enjoying two evenings of my life at The Flatiron Room NoMad, and both experiences were completely lovely. My most recent trip was to celebrate my birthday, and I had the most wonderful time, and even got a small birthday surprise. Their Morning Dram Coffee is AMAZING and 100% worth it to finish off your meal.

A must go place. Live jazz music every day in this speakeasy vibe bar and restaurant. Dimed lights, shelves of liquor surrounding you and chilling ambient. Friendly staff and excellent service. Little pricey though... recommend to make reservation.

Nice atmosphere in this place and its a good fit for myself visiting the first Jazz club ever in my life. Food is not really amazing but definitely met my expectations. Live music starts from 7pm and it fits my plan to get back to hotel before its getting dark around 8:30pm. Many other places are having live music starting from 8pm and its too late for me.

We came here for the Valentines Day prix-fixe and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular! We had front row seats to the live jazz set which was sensational. Anthony, our waiter, was most gracious and attentive. He kindly catered to every request we had and even walked us through the whiskey pairing we added on to the three-course meal. We’ll definitely be looking for him next time we come here as we felt his service style made this night extra special!

Need a place to sample some different scotches? Amazing selection! If you are a scotch affectionato, this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable, but expect to pay a little. Balvenie 25 , was $154. Worth it! Have to go back next visit.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary on 3/7. I couldn't ask for a better time. The staff went above and beyond. The venue was dimly lit and felt sexy. The performance was wonderful. The cheese platter and wine were exquisite. The ice cream presentation was fun and of course my husband enjoyed every single bite. The surprise drinks at the end was a nice touch. The place was cold, my husband asked for my coat back but other than that I was a memorable night.

The atmosphere there is amazing, this is my 3rs time and both the service and the live performance is superb. Also the design is stellar and the choices of whiskey is the biggest I've seen in one place. The food itself is good but I would come to this place for the food.
