Came here for a work lunch. The food was actually pretty good. The beet salad was great for an entree. Very filling! Theres not much in the salad except beets and arugula. It would be great if they added tomatoes and more veggies. I also had the truffle fries..I must admit it was missing the parmesan but it was still good nonetheless. The garlic aioli was very well seasoned and a good mix - the garlic was not overpowering. Also had cannelloni for dessert. This was ok. I don't think I would order again. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

Great menu, nice and cozy place. Reasonably priced. The French onion soup was pretty good overall however I was expecting more cheese that covers the bowl rather than the bread.

Get the pork belly risotto and you will not be disappointed. Tender and super flavorful. The risotto was the perfect consistency and texture. Cocktails were also well crafted. Service was stellar. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, albeit mostly overpriced. They had a good range of sandwiches and actual entree dishes. It might be a more enjoyable environment in the summer because the front door opening every 5 minutes lets in a stream of cold air which permeates throughout the open concept dining room.

My friends and I were craving good burgers in the Murray Hill area on a late Sunday afternoon. Staff was very accommodating and I really liked the atmosphere and space - really cool extended marble bar. There was a lot of space and didn’t feel too busy or crowded. 5 out of 6 ordered burgers (one friend ordered gnocchi) and we all LOVED our meals. The burgers were so juicy, great portions, the bun was great ratio, and the truffle french fries were so yummy. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom was unkept without restocked items and one of the placemats came out dirty.

Relaxed, mid-to-upscale bar/restaurant with plenty of good dishes to choose from and good wine choices. Particularly recommend seafood: went for the “cioppino” pasta loaded with mussels, clams and queen scallops in rich tomato/buttery sauce. If I had one tiny complaint, while I admire the intimacy, the typically NYC dark furniture on dark wood floors isn’t great with the dark lighting if you’re short-sighted / prone to clumsiness, so nearly went A-over-T into somebody’s dinner on arrival. I’ll remember to bring a flashlight next time…

Took advantage of the happy hour specials. Enjoyed the food and drinks. The bacon Mac and cheese was delicious. Service was attentive.

Nice hidden place. Went there for brunch. Their Egg White omelette was really good. Also like the fries on the side. Another thing to try out is the Andouille Sausage (on the side).

Amazing food with a casual decor. A bit pricey but it's worth it.

I got on here to specifically credit Hendriks for their Arancini! Pointedly, the flavorful red sauce served aside the arancini. Try it. I swear you will understand! Delicious!! And then I figured I'd pass along additional thoughts I posted on Yelp months ago. Enjoy! ...Every person I introduce to Hendrik's has a first impression of something along the lines of "Wow! How darling is this place! Its perfect for date night!" ... and I can't disagree! Walls of windows & brick alongside burlap signs and hanging lanterns pretty much sums up Hendrik's charming decor. You just get the sense of cleanliness at this place. The bar is neatly organized and offers additional seating. And we've only ever had phenomenal service during our visits. What else is there? I've enjoyed Hendrik's for take-out, dinner and brunch. Shamefully, I've had their Gnocchi for both dinner and brunch. Lol. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's something intriguing about one dish to include Gnocchi, Pear, Hazelnut, Parmesan, AND Bacon! I also thoroughly enjoy their Cornmeal Pancakes! Imagine Cornbread and Pancakes having a baby. That's right! Yeeeesss!! We can't wait for our next visit! And happy to have you as our neighbor!...

A nice dimlit atmosphere, on the quiet side with some nice tunes playing. Sat alone at the bar, ordered a drink and a meal. The best scallop dish I've had in a long time!!

Excellent Experience. Went there recently for my sister-in-law's birthday. It was wonderful. Creative cocktails, attentive service, delicious food. The group was a mix of adventurous and pedestrian eaters, and there was something on the menu for everyone (all of it good!). I had the rosemary gnocchi and I'm definitely going back to have it again. Also wholeheartedly recommend the chai old-fashioned. Clever and delicious. The space is beautiful (rustic chic) and they were busy, but the business just worked to create a lively and fun atmosphere without it feeling loud or intrusive. Loved it!

Nice place. Been coming here since they opened. It's nice and dark inside, can be sort of intimate, though a bit noisy. Still a great place for a date. Food quality is just what you'd expect for the price. Price isn't too high. Steak's a bit thin though. I'll be back... Good place for weekend brunch too, and even families during the day. Night time seems more of a date place. The bar area is very cool looking, and nice place to hang out.

Well priced before 4 pm. Steak was a solid 7/10. I ordered rare but it was more medium rare - still very good. The music didn't really fit the impression I got of the place. Overall, I'd say check it out if you want a decent steak for not an outrageous price.

Busy brunch spot, I would recommend making a reservation for larger groups. Waitress was attentive, and very good with our children. Food was decent for the price. My wife enjoyed the rosemary gnocchi. The lox benedict was alright.

Lovely spot for dinner and drinks. The menu is full of seemingly basic American dishes, but they manage to really elevate the flavors. We went with the house favorites: Lobster Risotto and Chilean Seabass, and were so so happy with them both! Drink prices are standard -- wines by the glass start at $10 (and are good) and cocktails are around $13. It's a perfect spot when you want a street view in the summer with the added benefit of some A/C.
