I recently stopped by Cascade Cafe for a quick breakfast, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast cook crew is fast, and their ready-to-go sandwiches are made for a convenient pick; they have a wide variety of cakes (I tried the cinnamon cake, and it was great ). The bathroom was clean, which is always a plus. The cherry on top? Their friendly staff who made the visit even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Food spot inside a shop. Limited seating, plastic, disposable plates but good food, huge portions. The pancake order is 3 10" pancakes - can def be split. Friendly service.

I will say there service is 2nd to none and fast. I really appreciate the family like environment and the exceptional hospitality they provide. I'm from Houston, TX and they made my family and I very welcomed everyday. Once we found this hidden gem we ate here everyday. So be sure to stop by and show them some love. Keep small businesses strong. Thank you Cascade from the Cevallos family.

If you ever wanted a NY deli, this is it, one stop shop. I absolutely love it in here! I had a plain muffin that was sooooo good and my mom had a donut she said was fresh! I’ll be back to try some plates they have. But just come in because they offer all kinds of treats and different drinks. Also, they have the best Fresh squeezed orange juice, taste like the juice came from the orange God herself!

Great NY deli in the midtown near Times Sq and hotels. Plenty to choose from the menu, efficient and fast. Great place to get a good meal at reasonable prices. You can sit and eat inside.

Love this li'l cozy spot. Ate breakfast here everyday. Would recommend any one of their breakfast sandwiches. Pancakes were a bit heavy but tasty either way. Nice selection of snacks, drinks and desserts. Prices are super reasonable given the location.

Counter seats by window. Chef very accommodating, not too busy when asking for special preparation. My husband loved his spinach egg veggie wrap. They are freindly and the prices are good. They sell drinks, healthy options like GT kombucha, fresh squeezed juices. We just enjoyed breakfast but they serve lunch, coffees and many desserts too. We revisited several times.

Love this place! Coffee three times a day, best coffee in the neighborhood in my opinion. The veggies and fruit are so fresh. Their Tuscan panini is my fave for sure, and the desserts are amazing! This is a great little spot to grab a quick bite, and there’s something for everyone’s liking.

Spacious seating, clean, and excellent range of burgers and fresh salads and more. We just had 2 simple and ordinary cheeseburgers. But they were cooked to perfection with lightly toasted bun and crisp fresh onions, tomato and lettuce. Honestly, it was a beautifully cooked burger; best I have had in a long time and great value at 8 dollars each. Would recommend and return.

Nestled in the bustling heart of Midtown, you'll discover a hidden gem – a little bakery and grocery store on 8th Avenue. This unassuming spot has quickly become one of my favorite escapes in the city. The main attraction here is their delightful coffee. It's the kind of coffee that starts your day right, rich and aromatic. The beans they use are clearly of high quality, and it's evident in every sip. What truly sets this place apart is their window-side seating area, complete with high-chairs. It's a sanctuary for those who appreciate a view. From here, you can leisurely enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee while observing the vibrant city life passing by outside. It's the perfect way to take a break from the chaos of Midtown and savor a bit of me-time in a serene and hushed environment. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for both solo travelers seeking solitude and friends catching up over a warm beverage. I've found it to be an ideal place to read, people-watch, or simply unwind. With its welcoming atmosphere and top-notch coffee, it's no wonder that I find myself returning whenever I'm in the area. This little bakery/grocery store on 8th Avenue has become a cherished part of my Midtown routine, offering a brief escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Stopped here for a quick late night bite and got some paninis. The paninis are premade and then pressed before they're served. They're actually pretty good though.

Come to this place for a cheap NYC breakfast! My husband and I came here a few days in row after trying much more expensive cafes nearby. I ordered an everything bagel w/ cream cheese or French toast w/ bacon for $10 or under. Yummy food and decent cappuccinos too. Friendly service.
