Wonderful music, good food and wine, and the nicest staff one could imagine. I've been coming there on Sundays to hear Joel Forrester, who is one of the great creators of what we call jazz: worth a trip from anywhere!
A truly unique bar with a vibrant atmosphere and delicious food! This will be the first place I recommend people going to, when visiting NYC and looking to spend the evening listening to live music and enjoying an intimate and cozy atmosphere in the heart of St.Marks place 👍 Thumbs up!
Omg, i love this place. The escargot is to die for. Its so cozy and intimate. Love the live music and atmosphere. I have been going here for about 8 years and then moved to Florida for 6 years. As soon as we moved back, we couldnt wait to get the nanny for our baby and go to Jules Bistro. We had a great time. See you soon

Live music every night, great atmosphere, mostly French staff, kind and intimate restaurant great for dates or a casual drink/meeting. Love you Jules!
Love going there, having wine and listening to the jazz music, especially when you can convince the waitress to sing! The food is excellent!
Beautiful food, wine and excellent service, the Manager, Laurent was AWESOME....definitely recommend to all
As cool as it gets. New York at its best. Jazz, great food and staff that make you feel like you're regular already at your first visit
Delicious food, great wine and our waiter was the best.
Best place to go if you are alone in the city for business. Good company, awesome food, wonderful beers and perfect music. Simply total.
The ambiance of the place is exceptional, the bartender very friendly and knowledgeable. The mussels out of this world. Worth a visit or two.
Loved the atmosphere and the live band was awesome! Delicious food, friendly staff, and plenty to drink. Coming back!
The jazz band was excellent! Just had wine, but it was great. Staff is attentive and friendly. Worth a visit.
Love, love, love Jules'! This is one of those places that makes you feel like you're someplace special. We went for dinner and music and it was divine! The band was a flamenco guitar and percussion duo and they played a bunch of pink floyd and other classic rock favorites in a way you've never heard but you would totally want to listen to at home! Very European feel and vibe. The staff is pleasant, the food is very good. My only suggestion is that they have a couple of cheaper options for bottles. Cheapest bottle of red was $40 and they were out of it :( so we ended up with its extremely delicious but much pricier sibling. But, life is to be enjoyed and a terrific bottle of wine is to be savored. And we did! A fabulous place to return to on date night or with a gaggle of friends.
We had a wonderful Christmas Day Brunch with good food and Great music! We will return!
Great combo the night we were there. Nice crowd as well. Will be back!!
Food- excellent, wine -excellent. Everyone knows it cause it was busy. Go before 7:30pm (that's when the music starts) definitely make a reservation
A gorgeous place with excellent ambience and dining experience. We went when it was quiet on a weekday evening, and were greeted with friendly staff and a relaxing, cool atmosphere. The live music wasn't too loud, food was very good, and staff were endlessly helpful.
Meals come with bread and water, there is a lack of non-alcoholic options mind.
Desert seen below was not a menu item, but was a special reccomended by the waiter.
Worth the trip out.
We arrived on time but there was an annual event the restaurant hosts for a school still on going. No problem, we sat at the bar and had complimentary food and drinks whilst the group finished. A quick turnaround and we had the best seats in the house. The food wasnt cheap but worth every penny. It was devine.
Flavorful and fresh food. The service was excellent. The jazz band was also amazing, although they came in late. The restaurant can get a little too crowded.
Comfortable jazz club with decent dinner menu and fine beer selection. Short, safe walk from the subway. When I was there, the jazz was good and the food was ok. Go for the jazz, enjoy the meal.
Parisian experience in LES!! Come early and you might catch some old school piano players just happily jamming.
The Cote de Beuf was astonishing.
Jules is such a treat! I called on a Thursday evening around 730 for a reservation for their 9pm show. They accommodated no problem.
When we arrived, we were immediately seated at a great little table close enough to the stage but not so close we couldn’t have a conversation. We had a bottle of 2015 Saint-Joseph and an order of escargot. Great trio of musicians, and kind attentive service. Can’t wait to go back.
Gorgeous little jazz bar with live music, wonderful cocktails, friendly staff and cosy ambience. We stumbled across this place and sat at the end of the bar enjoying the 9pm show and a Ginger Mojito. Highly recommended for an authentic cosy little jazz bar in the east village.
I've been here twice and enjoyed the overall atmosphere a lot; everything feels very authentic. Unfortunately, I came too early to see the evening band play during my second time, but I'd still make it back again for a casual glass of wine.
Amazing place for jazz concerts and very good, reasonable priced food. We had the bruger, which was delicious. Jules is a very cozy place and not as commercialized as other jazz places.
