It transformed into an excellent ramen shop, specializing in tonkotsu broth ramen (but others are available).
If you're into bourgeois places, then it's a great start. If not, be open minded and look pass the bourgeoisness. This place is legit. Trust me, I'm Asian. I know my ramen.

The broth in the original Tonkotsu Ramen soup is delicious and hearty. The Spring Green Vegetable Ramen soup was spectacular.

Great service and a nice laid back setting.
Poke was flavorful, mushroom scallop dumpling was the best, lobster ramen in soymilk was great but the pork ramen was a let down and the white bean soy sauce ice cream in a water was innovative.
