I love the Pickle Guys, and anytime I am in NYC, I usually stop by and get a little something to take back to Baltimore. Excellent service and friendly environment.

A highly interesting place. I like anything fermented so this was heavenly. My friend suggested I get sun dried tomatoes which were great. Also added half a pint of pepperoncino. Just cool but necessary.

I could (and have) eaten a quart of these pickles in a single day. Wonderful variety- cucumbers, green tomatoes, pineapple, and mango are my favorites. Im addition to sour pickles they also have flavors- spicy, garlic, etc. The staff is always friendly. Come check out this Lower East Side staple!

The place to go for pickles on the Lower East Side! I went here on a walking food tour - this being one of the stops. We got the pint of pickles to try all different kinds, but I’d also recommend trying some other pickled items.

When I lived in NYC, the Pickle Guys were a weekly adventure. When I visited again with the Les Dames d'Escoffier conference, I knew I couldn't go home without some treats from this great establishment. As much as things change, they stay the same. Even though there was a restaurant next door that boasted goodies like fried pickles, the barrels filled to the brim with pickled garlic, beets, veggies, and of course pickles were everywhere waiting for me to make a decision. If you are traveling like I was, be sure and ask them to do a "travel pack" - you have a much better chance to get them home with brine intact. While I was there I discovered some really good news - they ship! Now I have no excuse to not enjoy the best pickles, sauerkraut, garlic, and other goodies 365 days a year. Love you Pickle Guys!

I often order sour and hot sour pickles to Boston. First of all, these are the best pickles I’ve ever had - super crunchy, super delicious. Secondly, give your packing and delivery team a raise; ordered these at noon on Thursday and arrived at my doorstop 11AM the NEXT DAY.

Recieved three jars of pickles as a gift. Made a NY meal down in SoFlo. Fresh! Yum!

Wish I can give them more than just 5 stars because they definitely deserve it. They have every type of picked item you can think of , all the way from normal pickles to garlic and peppers all the way to pickled pineapple and mangos. I wish they had a second location close to home in the queens area because I would go much more often. Owner is super nice and will let you taste anything before you buy it.

As I was en route to my official destination, there they were. The Pickle Guys store stood there staring right back at me. What is this I asked myself? A store full of fresh pickles straight out of barrels. I bought a couple of garlic pickles for breakfast that particular morning just to try them. I was not disappointed. These pickles were actually some of the best tasting pickles that I've ever tasted. I recommend you try The Pickle Guys pickles if a deliciously fresh pickle is what you desire. 🙂

Some of the "Greatest Pickles in the World", according to my friends and family. Have been enjoying for many years, we travel from Connecticut several times a year, always seem to have the desire to have several of their New Pickles. Just recently enjoyed their new pickled "Brussels Sprouts" fortunately we got a larger than usual package, because everyone that tired fell in love with. You won't be disappointed when you go an try for yourself.

🍯לשנה טובה מתוקה (וחמוצה?)🍏 🐝To a sweet (and sour?) new year 🥒 Ahead of Rosh HaShannah, I had my sister @emmyedits.png @emmyunedited and some friends in town. When I mentioned I lived near by this pickle place @pickleguys that we went to 10+ years ago with our cousin, my sister knew we immediately had to go! My sister didn’t know what she wanted; she didn’t realize there would be so many options. They guys were hilarious giving her a hard time, and she gave it right back to them. We tried some sour, half sour, and spicy sour pickles - all were great choices. And, for a quality pickle, come at a great price. The first time I came to The Pickle Guys, they were around the corner from this spot and their store front was basically a garage. Their store is nicer now but seeing the large tubs of pickles (not just cucumbers btw, but vegetables galore) was a nostalgic feeling for sure! This was a great purchase ahead of the Jewish New Year, the holiday starting tonight at sun down. Growing up, we had big family meals with Ashkenazi foods like pickles, brisket, chicken noodle soup, kasha, kishka, and so much more. We say ‘l’shana tova oo’metukah’ לשנה טובה ומתוקה׳’ meaning “to a sweet new year” and celebrate with apples dipped in honey and a round challah (often also dipped in honey) Shanna tova! !שנה טובה Sept '21

I ordered the pickled cherry peppers, they were excellent. In a salt vinegar brine. Perfect blend. Great guys to buy from. I ordered on line and shipping came FAST! Pictures show they are big enough to make shooters… EXCELLENT!

This place is awesome! I went here three days in a row on my most recent visit to the city. I tried a bunch of different pickles, but my favorite are the new pickles - I know, it’s barely a pickle, but it’s so fresh and yummy! I also REALLY loved the mango pickles! So good! I tried the pickles beets, but they weren’t my favorite - they were really hard (I guess they were pickles raw or something). I also tried the spurs and half sours - the spurs were great (and apparently the most popular, according to the nice young man working there), but they weren’t my favorite. Grab a couple pickles on the run for $1 each, or get some in quantity to take with you. Credit cards only on $5 or more, so plan for that.

Best pickles you can get. Spend the extra money, and stop buying store bought. They have so much more than just pickles. Staff is on point every time you are in there.
