What an amazing view. The entire experience was nice. The service was good just the portions are very small considering the price. Consider them "tapas." The waiter was kind enough to warn us and suggest things to us. I definitely would recommend stopping in for a lunch. Dont miss out on the opportunity if you can go.
Not sure why people have posted negatively about this restaurant and bar, but I can only write about what my experience was and it was nothing short of spectacular during my 3 visits to this place while staying at the hotel. I was treated to perfectly blended drinks, a wonderful staff who ensured my girl and I were never without a cocktail, and the food was divine. Érica made the recommendation for dinner and we were not disappointed at all. A beautiful view of the 9-11 Memorial and the Freedom Tower only makes this place all the more desirable to visit, but stay for the food, drinks, and staff... they’re wonderful!
I can only comment on View of the World for drinks, but it's a great spot for happy hour / post-work drinks. Quiet, attentive staff, and everyone is friendly. You can't really beat the views of the Memorial, and everything is so calm from the 20th floor. It really doesn't feel like NYC below, which is nice for a breather. Like everything in the neighbourhood, things clear out at the end of the work day - so not a late night spot, but a great place that isn't crowded as I don't think a ton of people know about it yet.
Delicious food, friendly and very attentive staff, reasonable prices. we ordered lasagna, whole chicken and a cob - big family portions, we were full and spent less than $200 with drinks and tips. And yes, the view is amazing!
We enjoyed our dinner at this nice roof top restaurant, Sandro was a great waiter to us very helpful and professional. He even offered to take us a nice picture which was very nice of him. We will definitely be going back!
We came here for Valentines Day and the service was excellent, the view of the Freedom Tower and 9/11 memorial was amazing, the food was great as well but the portions were small and the menu didn’t have many options plus the meals are fixed meaning you can’t change the sides of the entree or add an additional side.
Great place to have dinner with a group of friends and family as well as an evening date. The restaurant is located above the hotel providing a scenic view of the World Trade Center and memorial, which is right across the street.

The views here are amazing! Bryan was so gentle and the Espresso was delicious!
The rooftop bar at Club Quarter at World Trade Center, has one of the best panoramic views in the city. The bar has enjoyable tapas. It would be nice to get a little more, maybe small plates or simply expand the menu just a bit. Breakfast, even something simple, possibly to go with a dine-in option would be great too. The space is delightful and the service was on point.
Amazing terrace! Great view! Delicious Octoberfest food and beer. Some items on the menu were not available for a repeat order and the manager offered any item from the menu on the house!
I highly recommend you visit here and ask for a seat on the terrace. It has amazing views of the 9/11 memorial and the new world trade center building. The food was also really delicious!!!
Everything we order was tasty! The service was excellent! I love the view and it was great to take pictures and really get the feeling of New York!
Definitely a hidden gem. Great food, great drinks, and great service. Perfect blend between casual and upscale with fantastic views. My wife and I had a post Valentine's dinner and could not be happier with our selection. The family style entrée are definitely a great value so come hungry.
This place is great. I didn't know this going in but it's mainly an appetizer place with a lot of choices to share. They are smaller sizes so for larger parties you'll need to order more than 1. They have sharable entries that are delicious and impressively large. I recommend taking a peak at the menu.
The views are downright amazing of course. It's 20 stories up and it faces the freedom tower which will be in full, amazing view the whole time
One of the best view in the City. The cocktails are amazing. This review is just for the bar.
Nice restaurant atop the club quarters hotel. It has a ok menu with a terrace that overlooks the WTC Memorial.
Came here with my two suite mates for dinner right before the start of classes, and it was so fun! There was no wait to get a table (probably bc it was a Monday night) and the food was so good. We ended up getting two small dishes and one dish to share, and we were all so stuffed at the end. The waiter was very nice to us, and he even offered to take our picture for us. When we came down from the restaurant back to the group floor, the hotel lobby boy gave me his number, which was a little peculiar, but other than that, it was a very fun experience. Would def go again.
