We had early linch around 11:30 and it was not busy at all but tables were filled quickly. Food was delicious and the service was also great. I had a glass of Prosecco but it was too flat. Maybe they did not well keep it or the bottle opened long time ago.
I was pleasantly surprised by the MoMA cafe! You order at the counter, take a number, and they bring your food to the table. I got the polenta dish with poached egg, feta cheese, and sautéed vegetables. It came with a side of rosemary bread which was delicious. The polenta was 17 dollars, which really is the market price of lunch in the area. If you are dining alone like I was, they have lovely bar tables right against the window. I would like to return and try more of the menu.
The eggplant parmesan was one of the best things I’ve had on my New York trip
and we ate at many expensive restaurants. Service was lovely, food all around was delicious. I wish Denver would implement cafes like this in their museums.
Wow that gorgonzola and bread in salumi is beyond! Mixed olives are warm! Everything is nice and fresh.
I had lunch and a glass of wine here today and loved every bit of it! The beet and walnut salad was delicious. After you pay, a waiter will bring it to your table...was able to charge my phone while I ate. Nice ambiance. Members get 10% off their bill!
Had a surprisingly good and fresh salad (didn’t expect too much since it’s inside a museum). And the stuffs are super friendly.
Pretty good food. Very tasty. The service was pretty quick. There was lots of seating even though the line to get in was long. The portions were small so the food was a little overpriced as you expect at the museum. The tomato soup and maccheroni pasta were very good.
Quick sit in, reasonably priced given it is inside MOMA. Not a whole lot gluten free options.
Nice salad for lunch.
Kale & artichoke salad + grilled chicken. Portion is huge!
Great service.
The go to place for a quick bite between museum exhibits
one of the few cafe/restaurants inside MOMA where packed with visitors. This cafe is very efficient. From the usher to counter and waiters, they are all professionally doing their job with a pleasant attitude. This place full of good vibe. Food is decent, it’s good to comfort your stomach and take a rest while in the middle of visiting the museum.
Cafe 2 is inside MOMA. It's a comfortable place for a coffee break or light lunch. It is not a place for a substantial meal. Diners can choose to sit at tables or by the windows overlooking the pedestrians.
It was OK. A cafeteria style place. Didn't blow my socks off, but it wasn't bad either.
