Very friendly personnel, food is great, sandwiches are gigantic. Bacon egg cheese is huge, looks and feels like its 4 eggs in there. That hero Dennis is big, lots of food for one person. I recommend that one, it's hot, has lots of chicken

One word: glorious. I decided not to get the Dennis, which is well covered here. Ham and cheese, which sounds mundane, was anything but. Of course, it’s all about the bread but the ham was shaved, the cheese complementary and just enough mayo to be ever so slightly messy. The turkey was awesome as well, every bit as tasty as the ham. They are very similar, so probably not the best order to get both. Next time, I’d try the Italian and the eggplant or maybe the Dennis. All in all, sandwich perfection. As to the question of price: I think its really hard to say this is expensive, its so large that a half is sufficient for most people. I'm in the camp that says, you only got so many lunches left, why not go for the best. Eat here.

I came here for the Dennis and let me just say, Dennis is a monster! This is probably one of the most fully loaded sandwiches I’ve had, and a deal at $15. Unless you’re absolutely famished, it’s probably best to bring a friend. But apart from the size, it’s a pretty tasty sandwich with a great combination of flavors from the chicken cutlet, mozzarella, prosciutto, pesto, and balsamic. Just note it’s strictly a take out operation and cash only.

The sandwich was monstrous and delicious, too. $15 was a bargain. Usually, when food is big but cheap I think it’s going to be a gimmick and not taste good, but I was wrong. The name of the sandwich was ‘The Dennis’. The peppers were marinated giving it a lovely contrast to all the meat and cheese. The generous serving of balsamic vinegar they put on the bread too was welcomed. The picture I took doesn’t do it justice. I had to give what was left of the second half to a homeless guy.

The Dennis? More like, "The Delicious"! Amiright? This place had a lot of hype but it definitely lived up to it all. Would definitely recommend it!

I had The Dennis that signature menu’s. I like flavorful pesto sauces.Prosciutto is also nice. I will get another sandwich next time, The Dennis is too much volume for me. I think it was a little bit pricey.

Small bakery, lots of bread (duh). Great sandwiches. The Dennis is piled high with all the goods - 3 thin chicken cutlets, prosciutto, etc. Delicious! I had to stop after eating half. I should have ordered a half sandwich, but no regrets -I'll eat the rest later! I walked right in with no line. To be fair it was a rainy day. Would walk back any day .

I had an egg/provolone/prosciutto sandwich on a roll per a friend's recommendation, it's not on the menu but they take custom orders. Impressively tasty and large for $6. Another day I had the Dennis, another high quality sandwich that goes a long way for $13. The herb spread is a nice touch.

Finally tried Parisi's 'The Dennis' hero. Huge portion for one, the flavours were on point. Absolutely loved my sandwich and the staff were really friendly!

Splitting a sub with the Wife and The Dennis was too much for her so we went with Italian #1. This isn't Faicco's Italian Sub but the freshness and quality of bread and cold cuts were top rate and not salty. No nonsense hard working crew making legit subs. Worth a visit if looking for an elite Manhattan Sub.

Hands down. Best Italian sandwiches in the city. Update: Last weekend, we ordered from the catering menu and if you love the sandwiches, imagine trays full of goodness filled to the rim. Chicken parm and meatballs just as we know them from the sandwiches and the chicken marsala!! possibly the best we’ve ever had. so so good. All comes with fresh beautiful bread that we know and love. The people are just as generous as the portions. Treat yourself. But call early. They get very busy around the holidays.

What an amazing experience. Parisi had been on my list for a while and it did not disappoint. I ordered The Dennis was was amazed at how large it was. For $13 it hit the spot and tasted wonderful. Next time I'll bring a friend and split it. Their breads are also reasonably priced.

Incredible bread which cradled “The Dennis”. If you enjoy a classic Italian sandwich this is the spot. This small deli has been around forever. I highly recommend if you need a quick sandwich!

It's a hole in the wall but the sandwich is good. They slice it nice and thin and the line moves fast. Personally I thought $15 for a sandwich was exorbitant but apparently that's my outdated perspective on value.

Really good sandwich! We ordered an Italian Hero & "The Dennis". Both huge with fantastic store baked bread, and high quality meats/cheeses. Took them to nearby park to eat. Each sandwich is two meals, at least. I can eat but I could not finish just a half. Cash only. I will return. Great food, great value.

Best chicken cutlet sandwich. The large round semolina bread is to die for. The picture does not do the sandwich justice. It is huuuuge.
