Best Thai food we’ve had. Excellent service.
Wonderful place for a calm date night in the city. Came here to celebrate my anniversary as we love Thai food. Had a wonderful selection of food and everything tasted delicious. Service was above and beyond as they gave us a little card for our anniversary. Thai sea bass was cooked wonderfully and had a nice kick thanks to the Thai chilis. Would definitely come back here. Drinks were also a solid choice.
Came here for an early dinner with a large group, and shared the Papaya salad, duck entree, kha soi, pad thai, pad si ew, and pad kra pow.
Ambiance & service is great, and the food was really good too.
Papaya salad: 8.5/10 - very fresh with the perfect amount of sour. The toasted nuts were a great touch, and I found that the overall texture combination of the ingredients played well together.
Kha soi: 8.5/10 - the soup was rich in flavour, with a combination of sour and sweet. I thought the noodles could be a little more chewy, but still one of the better khao soi dishes i’ve had.
Green curry: 7/10 - while the flavour of the herbs were very much alive, it was spicier than anticipated and almost a little bitter in some ways. If you are a big green curry fan I do recommend you try it, but if you aren’t, i would opt for other dishes.
Duck entree (i forget the name): 8/10 - the basil-y sauce was so good and the duck was well cooked, but i have also tasted juicier, more tender duck in other thai restaurants. I thought it lost some of its outer skin crispiness from the sauce, but otherwise a great dish.
Pad thai: 8/10 - was on the saucier side of pad thai I have had before. Could also have more shrimp. If you like pad thai with a richer flavour, this will be good for you!
Pad si ew: 8.5/10 - the noodles were well textured and the sauce was perfect—not too sweet yet hits the spot.
Pad kra pow: 7.5/10 - i thought the rice could be a little crispier, and more flavourful.
Keep in mind, these reviews may be biased as I have a personal preference for one thai dish over the other. That being said, overall, this restaurant was great & the food was impressive.
Atmosphere : Classy setup. Tables are lit and very Cozy Atmosphere.
Service : Very fast service also with great quality.
Food : I ordered Tom Cha Gai Soup, Dumplings plater which had Pork, Chiken and Shrimp, i opted only for Chicken and Shrimp as appetizer.
Maincourse : Lobster Pad Thai.
Soup was creamy and delicious. Dumplings was fresh and Soft and Lobster Pad Thai tasted good as well.
Service was very professional and polite. Food was delicious. The lychee lemonade was so yummy. Ambiance and environment was very relaxing and wonderful. A good find in the city.
The food is of quality and very authentic. The atmosphere feels upscale and still traditional. I loved the employee uniforms. It really brought the whole concept together. I recommend the lunch special for affordability and value.
Nice atmosphere and decent Thai in a convenient location, it’s a good spot to meet up with friends. We shared a plate of mixed appetizers and curry. I’d probably do something different in terms of appetizers next time - not my fave - but the green curry was nice, though could’ve been spicier.
This is the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to! Food is exquisite and the service is amazing! As well, drinks are also very yummy! Such an amazing restaurant with amazing staff that makes sure that your experience is the best possible!
Came here for business lunch, they respected our privacy and they were patient with our order and gave us time - really appreciated!
Lunch combo was amazing, but definitely will be back to try dinner menu
Delicious Thai food with great service. The chicken wings and chicken satay were especially tasty. Also had great service from our waitress.
Lovely dinning! The food is great and very filling. The staff are pretty awesome.
I will say the price is high since the food is not much variant to other Thai restaurants but they the way the ingredients are made are presented differs. If you just want Thai food I will say the menu items is slightly limited. However the food itself is great, garnished, and well presented.
The food was absolutely amazing! There was a means for everyone. From the meat lover, to the pescatarian, and the vegan. All the workers were very accommodating and the drinks were made to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants some true Thai food in a calm and well decorated location.
Stopped by for a late lunch while downtown. Our server Laura was amazing! Although the restaurant doesn’t look kid friendly she was very accommodating to my sons needs while dining. Will definitely be coming.
Pad Thai noodles were one of the best. Wrapped in egg omelet of some kind. Thai basil fried rice was also pretty good. Great cocktails as well. Overall, highly recommended. Very good quality Thai food.
Sabai Thai is little hidden gem! I needed a small plate to get me through to dinner and I stopped into this place. Glad I did! I had a calamari and spring rolls. I was even able to substitute the chicken wings for more calamari. I also had a mango “mock-tail” and It was delightful! This place has a beautiful decor, nice staff, and a pleasant ambiance. The dish was tasteful and the mango “mock-tale” was absolutely mouthwatering!!
Highly recommend!!
The service was EXCELLENT. The staff was friendly and kind without it seeming fake.
The food was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. This place would undoubtedly be my go-to Thai restaurant if I resided nearer. I had a mocktail that was delicious.
The atmosphere was nice, fancy but not forceful. Authenticity remained.
I'd recommend it for medium to low chill vibing. The seating is spaced enough that you don't feel cramped, but overhearing will happen if not whispering. The bar has its own vibe, which is also nice.
Great place overall.
Nice thai place on park avenue.
The crispy duck was very good. So was pad see ew. We had to wait almost 30 minutes after our reservation time, but they comped our appetizer and mochi.
The mango mochi was excellent. Overall away from the wait the service and food were good. They were good at understanding that the wait was too long.
Great food the masaman curry was very nicely prepared and not too spicy. The roti was soft and crispy outside. Awesome service.
Came in today for dinner, food is so delicious! Tom yum is so flavorful perfect for this rainy weather. Service was excellent! JP was very courteous and helpful with food suggestions! Would definitely comeback!
