Sweet and delicious macarons, they have different varieties and they taste fresh. My personal favorite is the raspberry and almond! They also had other pastries that looked very tasteful!

The most amazing little Macaron shop! Lovely to sit and relax and enjoy some of their sweets and savories. The almond brioche is to die for! Coffee is very tasty and well the macarons are their speciality! My fave flavors are the chocolate and praline. The pastries are also very fantastic and a must try too! Be sure to stop in when in this area.

Wow these are delicious macarons. They have such a great texture and the fillings are spot on. Be prepared to pay the price for quality though. Got a box for $80. Worth it though. They also have a very comfortable seating area with sofas.

This place servers one of the best marcroon in NYC. If you are looking in the city for the best marcoon this is the place to go. This place has very quick service, very moderately priced not very expensive for Marcroons, the ambience is also good for nice coffe catch up.

Walking past the display my friend and I had to.go in. The window display of the macarons were so gorgeous we had to try them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe is charming and transports you outside of NYC. Macarons were outstanding.

I've been coming to this patisserie since the late 90's. No where in NYC can anyone make almond croissants with the crunchy bottom like La Maison du Macaron soooo satisfying in addition it's a lovely quaint place to enjoy a cup of tea too!

Simply the best croissant and chocolatine (pain au chocolat) in NYC. I grew up in south of France and have eaten thousands of these during my childhood as well as trying all NYC bakeries to find good ones. This is not only delicious Viennoiseries but it is the best you can find. As simple as that.

My daughters’ favorite—they love Rose and Kir Royal. My favorite is White Chocolate Coconut. It has been our spot for macarons for over 4 years now.

My first choice for Macaron in NYC. Varied favors and remarkable quality of macaron have always been the reasons. The ambience given resembles a regular French coffee shop.

Pictured item is a pear tart, very enjoyable. Sweet but not sickly, and texture is balanced with cream and crumbs. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The best Ham and Swiss croissant I have ever had in town! Truly love the authentic French pastry and the attentive service staff at that comfy cafe. Strongly recommend it to true French pastry lovers!!! Would also suggest the almond macaroon or the almond croissant as well.

Closed April 30th 2022: Wonderful place sadly has closed its doors forever. Will be very missed. We all know it’s been hard running a niche business in NYC esp during a pandemic (!) with many staying home so often, far fewer tourists visiting over the last 2 years and this delicate shop having to brave loud new building construction next door with ugly scaffolding that overshadowed the sign and entrance. This has always been a welcoming, subtle, place much loved and respected for their friendly staff and delicious, beautiful sweets (edible art) and unrivaled fresh baked goods. We were spoiled with such high quality rarely seen at a reasonable price in a location so easy to reach (without having to fly to France!). I hope to visit again if you reopen somewhere else. You always made the neighborhood homey and more special. Thank you, best wishes in your future endeavors.

I been coming here for years for the fruit flavored french macarons. No place compares and I’ve traveled throughout America, other places are not the same. The pastries are all fantastic, I also love the variety of eclairs and tarts. The shop is small so it gets packed quick. The shop though needs to work on some of their seating furniture that is broken. The service is ok but to me that’s the minimum. I make sure that I’m acknowledged because it does get busy.

Visited this establishment as part of a school project that needed me write about the French Macaron. I had to purchase this item from two different places, so my first visit was to La Maison du Macaron, and the next visit was to Financier. Without a doubt this place has the best Macaron and the lady at the counter was right, they do have the best Macaron's in the city. I liked her confidence in her product/brand. Would recommend to friends and family.

Hello beautiful! This is an amazing French patisserie. The macaroons are lovely and crunchy of the outside and buttery and rich on the inside. Tarts are superb. One of my most favorite things is their chocolate almond croissant. It is fantastic and should be savored... If you can stop yourself from frantically consuming it in fear that someone may ask for a bite. Staff is sweet. Tables in back are cozy. Remember the croissant....
