I got the vegetarian Ramen soup (most everything else involves pork, which I don't eat), and added the shrimp option. Unbelievable flavor...something a bit sharp in the broth, plus the truffle oil, and the small shrimps are amazing flavor bombs!

2nd time I've come here and I am never let down! Me and my friends have been lucky to make it before their rush, so service is amazing. Always kind employees, not to mention the delicious food! Got the Lemon Black Pepper Ramen this time and the flavor was simply heavenly! Can't wait to come back here again next year.

Excellent!! Nous avons mangé des dumplings et des ramen au citron et porc, j'en aurais mangé encore et encore! La déco et l'ambiance c'est vraiment sympathique aussi! À découvrir!

First time here and I had the lemon and black pepper ramen. The taste was incredible, I slurped every wavy noodle and couldn't help but drink as much broth as I could. Needless to say, this just became my "go to" ramen spot in Chinatown.

Hard to spot walking down the block, kind of hidden. It's a nice spot and atmosphere. The food was great, I was happy to see an option for half size for the lemon pepper ramen. Just thought it should have had another piece of meat besides the one. But over all good. The dumplings were great, I was not expecting them to be long, still good either way. The staff there was friendly. Good experience.

When in Chinatown, I'd normally hit a local Cantonese spot but my kid asked for ramen. One of the few in Chinatown, reputable and Google review worthy. Their signature ramen is the lemon pepper, delicious. And the classic miso of course. If you're adventurous, try the raw octopus wasabi salad. I recommend the rice bowl and dumplings as well. CASH only!! No tipping necessary. Cool!

Very small hall at the basement on the Mott Street. Huge community table in the middle, open kitchen. Well, the first of all, service are very friendly. The second, place are offering to buy pictures on the walls, sort of open-gallery restaurant. The third of all, there is no tipping required. But after all, food is good but nothing exceptional. Just good portion of the solid ramen. The most popular - Ramen Curry. Partly on pork broth partly fish, spicy and hot. The second - pepper-lemon ramen - pork milky broth with pepper and lemon. Worth to visit if you nearby, but hardly doubt to travel here. And be aware, place is the cash only.

Sunday late afternoon we sat at the bar. Not crowded and service was great. We got the two “NYtimes rec” ramens: lemon pepper and green curry. Both were great. Also enjoyed both of the sakes (pair the dryer one with the lemon, sweeter with green curry). Not sure what the deal is with “no tipping”. We left a tip.

Nice little restaurant. Great chill atmosphere. Keep in mind the last ramen I had was in college and cost 25 cents but I thought this ramen was awesome. PS. Cash only.

If you're lucky like us, stumble upon this place right as it opens - otherwise you're in for a long wait. I can see why though - this ramen was *amazing*. Thai-inspired flavours were zingy and we'll balanced - intense, but not overwhelming

This is my favorite Ramen place in Chinatown. I'm not a Ramen connoisseur but this place is absolutely delicious. It's got a great vibe too and the service is really quick.

Great little ramen spot that is not too busy near Chinatown. They have rice noodles and one kind of broth available for the gluten free/intolerant. The prices are very fair and include tip.

Tasty Ramen in NYC! Stopped in here based on other reviewers and wasn’t disappointed. I should have added an egg as that was all I was missing. On suggestion is if you have a picky child like we do. Don’t order just broth and noodles, just take the extra toppings out and enjoy them yourself as the price is the same.

*CASH ONLY* I luckily had just enough cash on me to pay. Great ramen though with "half" size bowl options at a couple bucks more than half price. Which is perfect for me. Very flavorful. I wouldn't necessarily call it "authentic ramen" as I stayed in Japan for a while and have had a lot but its just a really good soup place. Fast service. Attentive waitstaff. Perfectly sized half-bowl of soup for a quick lunch.

More choice of noodle and size compared to ippudo. Healthiest ramen I have ever had!You can see huge amount of vegetable and they are so tasty when soaked by ramen soup! A little bit too salty to be a perfect ramen.

Everytime I eat here I get the green curry ramen. You can choose the kind of noodles you want and what you would like for toppings. Toppings that don't already come with the ramen are charged separately. It's a cash only place.

Tried tondaku wadashi ramen with extra boiled egg! It tasted really good without being too salty. The broth was warm enough but not hot.
