The coffee is great & the shakshuka was an unexpected low carb breakfast option. I'd give them 5 stars, except the mini chocolate bars only seem to come in milk chocolate.

The soups are dairy free. The wild mushroom barley are good. The breakfast and the sandwich are great. The drink are good. This place is good to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Loved the place. A bit expensive for a coffee place. Staff was very kind.

The decadent ice coffees give Starbucks Frappucinos a run for their money! Aroma is a great spot for a pick me up on a warm day.

Great coffee shop. Lots of options for a full and hearty breakfast. The cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel was delicious. That being said, pretty pricey for a coffee shop. Limited seating, but free wifi. Staff was very nice. Shop was clean, coffee was good, food was tasty. 4 stars only because of price.

I don't drink coffee, but my friends say that they have the best coffee in NYC. I usually have the hot chocolate which I like because it is made out of real chocolate. The food is also good. The sandwiches are delicious. They are not as cheap as Starbucks, but they worth it.

Nice place, they have quite a broad choice of foods and drinks. Loved the hot chocolate with marshmallows! The prices are stingy a bit though... But I can recommend the cafe, especially if you are nostalgic for the original Aroma!

Excellent, excellent spot for lunch in midtown. The coffee is pretty damn good and they have a great range of items. Sandwiches, salads, soups etc. When I used to eat gluten, I remember the Halumi sandwich was top notch. Now, I get the Halumi salad which is delicious. Maybe I just like Halumi cheese!. Either way, if you are in the area come in for a salad and a coffee. You won't be disappointed. Every coffee order also comes with a little chocolate bar. Its nice touches like that, that put this place over the top.

Decent coffee shop with a good food selection. I was happy to find out they have soups other than typical cafe food. Ordering was quick and easy. Very happy with my lunch and would go again.

Best coffee around, period. The pastries, salads and sandwiches are also far beyond and above any other chain in the city. And one this is for sure, is mile better than anything at Starbucks. Their aroma cofee is awesome, as well as the California chicken sandwich.

****updated**** After consistently finding errors in my order, a few regular staff members took interest and made sure my order was correct. Since then, its been wonderful. This is a great place, busy, but the staff is incredible.
