Incomparable to any other tex/mex restaurant I've eaten at. Food was amazing, and staff was friendly, and fast! Can't wait to go back.

My chicken enchilada mole poblano was excellent! What I really loved about this place is that they have only paper straws and paper bags for takeout. Yay to Lupe’s for being environmentally conscious got good service as well :-)

Food was great and very affordable. I agree that the servers’ attention had to be gotten on most occasions, but by just catching eye contact they came right over.

Great relaxing place, strolled in to try this place out for lunch. The girl serving us could've been more friendly. We ordered the fish tacos & the shrimp (prawn) enchiladas. The fish was lightly battered with great flavours. The shrimp enchiladas was the highlight for me, great flavours and love the sauce they had over the dish. It was nicely situated near where we are staying which is a bonus.

Relaxing and delicious. Stumbled upon this cantina cafe after a busy day of shopping in Soho - seated immediately at a sunny corner table. The crowd was an interesting mix of locals and tourists (including kids). Authentic menu with unexpected extras like mexican sodas and a variety of hot sauces.

We had grilled fish tacos with lots of deliciously seared fish in fresh tortillas, some sort of crispy taco filled with potato and veggie chile that was unexpectedly tasty. Finished with a vanilla flan and real espresso. Will definitely return.

Good brunch. I was there often when staying nearby. The service was slow but the food was good and not over $$$$ like everything else in SOHO.

I went to Lupes last week for the first time and was blown away by how delicious the food was. I went back again this week! Everything here tastes super fresh because it’s made in-house. The salsas are amazing. My favorite is the cheese and spinach enchiladas which I get “Christmas style”, one with red sauce and one with green sauce. My hubby got a burrito and said it was just like the ones he gets in Cali (he goes there for work a lot). Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious Mexican food.

My favorite place for authentic Mexican in Soho, and the inside is such a nice vibe with a neon pink sign! Margs are strong and tasty (and come with chips and salsa) and my go-to dish is always the super chicken quesadilla.

This is the OG of LA style Mexican food in NYC. Mismatched tables with kicking tunes makes this a popular destination for those in the know. Everything is homemade including the chips. Lots of vegetarian and even vegan options to choose from.

Wide variety of menu options here. Salsa with the chips was awesome. Guac was good. I had enchiladas rojo I think, the sauce was great. Tortillas maybe a bit too soft? Rice was good, beans were good. It's California style stuff. Low prices make it worth revisiting! My partner's family have been coming here for many years.

Amazing vegan enchiladas! Owner and staff are also refreshingly warm, kind and overall welcoming. Happy to see somewhere offer such good vegan Mexican and believe me when I say this is far better than the likes of JaJaJa.

Nice cute little Mexican cafe, on a quiet and not very busy street. The food is good, although I haven't tried more than a great avocado salad and a mojito, but those were awesome. Giving 4 stars because the service was quite slow (I got my glass of water in 15 min), but the people who work there are really nice!

I saw this restaurant while I was downtown one day. It had a vintage decor with neon lighting very cool. I decided to bring my wife there & Im glad I did! We go there often & the service is great. Some of the best mexican food I have had. Very tastey & not heavy the food always come quick. I always show up wanting to eat two plates and end up only being able to eat one. The portions are good and the price is great for the location.
