First time to their new location. Food is solid and tasty as before. So glad they now take credit card. All the mezzes we got were great (my favorite were the spinach with chickpeas and muhammara) and went well with the freshly baked pita and their unique Syrian style pizza. The zaatar pizza is a must try with great texture and tons of zaatar. We had a reservation for Saturday night but still had to wait for a while.

Came in by myself for a weekday dinner before Thanksgiving. The indoor space is small and intimate. I was recommended Moustache Pitza and Chicken Kebab Plate. Both dishes were pretty tasty. I was very aware of the calorie, and I really liked the thin crust of the pizza and the comfortable amount of mozzarella. For the chicken kebab, the lentil purée balance well with the chicken. In the end, I received a piece of baklava. The menu has much more items to explore.

Perfect spot for brunch/lunch. Loved every thing thag we ordered, although my favorite was Muhammara and Falafel plate. They have freshly made pita as well and tastes amazing 😍 . Staff was pretty good as well. Their menu is not too big but still bunch of options for vegetarians

Solid Mediterranean food in West Village and friendly staff. We went on a hot day and would have loved better air conditioning.

If you happen to be walking in the West Village, hungry, adventurous and within a budget, this is the place that fulfills all three conditions. Everything is cook to order so be patient and you will be rewarded, with well made, generous portions of Middle Eastern food. Starting with the freshly baked puffy pita bread, the well and less known spreads are fresh and delicious. On this brunch visit I only had an Ouzi, a warm chicken pie filled with rice and vegetables, well seasoned, accompanied with a yogurt mint sauce. My beverage was a refreshing glass of hot mint tea. The rice was perfectly cooked and the presentation enhanced the experience. The place is casual as is the service, which fits the laid back vibes.

Had made reservations for table of 4 for around 12:15 pm, when the place was relatively quiet, but it got absolutely packed by 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon - so reservations highly recommend if you have a larger group! Inside seating was very cozy, and they have outdoor seating (not winter friendly). We started off with some beverages which included a delicious serving of Ayran ($4) and Turkish Coffee ($5), both were amazing. They also have a good list of alcoholic beverages including some local draft beers. We ordered some Mezzeh which included Nivik ($10), Baba Ghanouj ($10), and Muhammara ($10) and 3 Freshly Baked Pitas ($1.50 ea). Muhammara was absolutely delicious and this was the first time I had freshly baked pita - what a difference that made! For mains, I got the Falafel Sandwich ($10), and our table got the Lamb Kebab Plate ($18) - shared by 2, and I could tell that the meat eater thoroughly enjoyed their Lamb kebabs! Falafel sandwich too was very tasty! What we liked was a menu which is really well priced, a very friendly staff, and food that arrived within 20 minutes of ordering, in spite of being relatively busy. Noise levels were at average level. I would highly recommend this place for excellent Mediterranean food and will definitely visit again!

We liked the food very much. The spices were perfectly balanced. Authentic take on middle eastern cuisine. The hummus was perfect. The foule was served cold, was not expecting that but delicious in a bean salad kind of way. The labne was mild and creamy. The pita are unique with a flair on serving.

Classic baba ghanoush and tabbouleh and zaatar bread with labne. For entrees, we really love the ouzi and you can never go wrong with the moist and crispy falafel. The service is impeccable and all of the staff are fabulous!!

The food at Moustache is the absolute best. To add on top of it Rakan makes the experience so special. They had to change locations after 30 years on Bedford street but they have brought the amazing food and environment with them just a few blocks away. This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of NYC for a cozy and delicious meal. Do not over look!! 5 star food and 5 star staff.

Great Mediterranean restaurant!! We got the Hummus, Babaghanoush, Labne, Muhammara, Moustache Pitza, vegetarian Ouzi, and a side of Falafel. All are great! They also have an amazing spicy sauce.
