Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The food....Oh my goodness, it was out of this world! The chicken sandwiches were juicy, the nuggets were flavorful, and those waffle fries... I could eat them all day!
What impressed me the most was how smoothly things ran, even when it was busy. The line moved quickly, but they never rushed you through. The team at Chick-fil-A knows how to keep things efficient without sacrificing quality. Props to them for keeping it cool under pressure!
Rose was so kind to us and food was also great. She recommended various sauces.

Another tourist item to tick off the list conveniently located close to Herald Square. Went for a spicey chicken burger with waffle fries all washed down with a Dr Pepper, really tasty and lives up to all the hype. Tried all the sauces while I was at it, the zesty buffalo caused me to have a ring of fire moment the next morning. Speedy and efficient service.
It is in the middle of Manhattan and it is very busy. But, they still offer the same great service and with a smile. The team on the floor is always making sure tables are clean and ready as soon as one becomes available. Be prepared to wait for a table because it will be a minute. Prices are higher than usual. But again, it is still worth it.
As always 5/5 you pay for quality food, quality service in a clean and inviting space. I’m still fascinated with the output from the kitchens but I was lucky enough to see behind the scenes when they first opened in NYC and the attention to detail re processes they had that I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. $24.65 for Spicy Chicken Deluxe burger, waffle fries, 4 chicken strips and a coke. Expensive when when comparing to any UK brands but a step above.
Chick Fil A has some of the best chicken sandwiches!!! You can always pair that with a milk shake of your choice!! Salad options are good too! The good thing about this location is that they have a lot seating upstairs.
My first Chick-fil-A experience and I really liked it. Served quickly and our meals also fast to come out. The sandwich and waffle fries were yum. It was a shame there is no seating instore though.
Listen, they’ve got chicken. It’s delicious. I was even surprised by how good their chicken on a biscuit breakfast sandwich is. Don’t forget the chick-fil-a sauce. It would be 5 stars, but there’s some serious hate going on with chick-fil-a corporate so I had to drop them one. What can I say though, the chicken do be good. Classic
As a tourist, I really appreciate the manager's hospitality.Mae did an amazing job making sure we got everything we needed. Upstairs, everything was very clean. The person that was cleaning was very attentive to detail. Bathrooms here were also very clean.
Ample space, very courteous staff. I normally don’t leave reviews for fastfood joints but the staff here deserves to be commended even if I can only do it via Google reviews.
The front staff taking your orders are just very nice and sweet you’d think you’re not in New York City (lol). I am used to this kind of hospitality in the South and it’s quite refreshing to experience that here in NYC. I was craving a chicken sandwich at 10 in the morning and after a failed attempt at getting it in another fastfood joint, I tried this Chick-fil-A. I was sure it wasn’t ready at the time but the guy taking my order was so nice and told me that they can make it if I had ten minutes to wait (and I did). I know it was such a small thing to some people but it truly meant so much to me and elevated my mood for the entire day.
Our first time visiting the US and we’ve got to say we’re very impressed. The cashier called Josh couldn’t have been more upbeat and helpful with us. He was friendly and made the ordering process easy and gave us his recommendations. This is the first time trying a chick-fil-a in my life and it’s the best fast food place i’ve ever been too and this specific restaurant is clean and tidy
First time to try it. I had the Chicken Deluxe meal. The chicken was moist and juicy. Overall the experience was great and the food was light and easy on my stomach. Excellent
very clean and organized. I love coming here is always pack but they move very fast with the line. you don't have to wait a long time. it's very clean and neat very nice restaurant. the food is delicious and properly put together. you can tell they love there job and MAKE U feel very comfortable and welcoming. they have a sitting area upstairs. they have a wheelchair accessible entrance and elevator to go upstairs. They have a refill machine. the tables are clean and everything is clean. I come here always for my LUNCH BRAKE. I recommend everyone to come here. one of the BEST CHICKFILA restaurants I been too.
Fast and easy experience -- I visited sevearl years ago on my birthday and they gave me a free ice cream cone and it made me rather happy!
I dislike that there isn't any seating downstairs.
Chick-fil-A might be a healthier choice if you are eager to have fast food.
Their service at this location was friendly and served everything quickly. The food was decent and we love their grilled filet which was delicious and juicy. The side portion of kale salad was super tiny which was kind of disappointed.
