This place was great. Went there on a Saturday around 2pm and we weren't sure if they were actually open. Luckily we tried the door anyways! Te place stayed pretty empty until dinner time, which was nice for a loud group of 5! They had a wine social going on-5 wines for a great price. All were quite good. The cheese platter was got was awesome and the food pairings were unique and delicious. Also had dessert. Left happy and satisfied. Would return again for sure!
Ardesia is my most favorite little place in NYC. Amazing wine, amazing atmosphere, rad personable staff, delicious food. The list goes on. I go here to celebrate every mile stone and every special occasion 💜
Great space and great wine and food! We had great time and appreciated the great service! Thank you
A gem on the West Side and in NYC. Love the staff, service, wine list, food.....EVERYTHING!!!
A really great spot for food and drink - their small plates will fill you up and their wine selection can't be topped! Within walking distance of the theater district a great spot to hit before or after a show
Amazing food and the nicest bar staff! Jenny was so lovely and chatty. Thanks Anthony . From Karen ad Graeme from Glasgow ️xx
Fantastic wine bar in Midtown West. Nice atmosphere, great wine list, friendly service. Hot pretzels are to die for!

This is a great place for amazing small plates with a great friendly fun atmosphere. I love it and I always go back!!
Lamb skewers. Asparagus with fried egg and balsamic. Argentine Pinot. Yum!
I absolutely love Ardesia. The vibe is so cozy, and the wine selection is so vast. The waitstaff really know their stuff when it comes to the wine, and they have decent food as well. I recently did their wine + cheese board offering as each wine is complemented by an accompanying cheese with a garnish.
I also had a post-dinner drinks celebration for my birthday here, and they were able to accommodate all 7 of us. I cannot recommend Ardesia enough.
Nice wine bar with varied by the glass options and knowledgeable friendly staff. Nice cocktail options as well. Very comfortable bar seating. Food was tasty but nothing outstanding. I would definitely come back again, its a great solid option if you want some wine or cocktails with some light food. Shrimp was tasty. Lamb skewers were not overly flavorful. Pretzel was a little lacking. Meat/cheese board was a little pricey for the amount but it was all very good.
Have been meaning to visit this bar for a long time. Did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, really polite waitresses, good selection of wines.
Great, easy spot for after-work drinks.
They have a good separation of bar area from a more casual dining spot, and there’s great outdoor seating that is well shaded if it’s far too hot.
Wine selection is solid. The food bites are also stellar.
Such a cozy, cute place! Met a friend here for a light dinner and drinks on a Friday night. Definitely gets busy so a reservation is recommended. Really nice atmosphere to catch up with a friend or to go on a date due to the dim lighting, candles, etc. It’s beautiful. I’m not a fan of stool seating without backs, and it was a little warm inside. There is also seating at the bar and some couch seating. Other than that, no complaints. The staff was really nice and helped us choose wine and cheese pairings. The heirloom beet salad, shrimp skewer, and cauliflower dishes were delicious and flavorful, as were the wine, cheese, and bread.
If you’re around the area this Fall, you must try their dirty pumpkin spice latte. It is perfect. Their wine selection is pretty good as well. I tried their chilled Bojo do Luar, from Portugal. It had a nice fruity and earthy note.
10’s across the board for Ardesia. Sexy and unpretentious, industry friendly, great wine selection, and every bite of food was better than the last. My friend and I have no business in deep Hell’s Kitchen but we will be returning!
Great cozy spot for small plates and wine. All the food we ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. Service was friendly and the vibe was low-key and relaxing.
Fantastic pre-theatre early dinner with friends. Both the choice of food (beet salad and slate of charcuterie/cheese) were simply formidable but the wine pairing suggested by the team was to die for! In top of that, prices and ambiance are great!! If you’re never been, YOU MUST COME TO THIS AMAZING WINR BAR!!
Rhys was amazing. His wine knowledge is outstanding and I love the fact that he checked on us every 7-10 minutes. I'll definitely be back. Shoutout to the staff at Ardesia!!!!
