This place gets 5 stars. Excellent, efficient service, great selection of soups. I had the chicken) sausage jumbalya and wife had broccoli cheddar. Very tasty.
On a day off work, I decided to check out Hale & Hearty since it had been a couple years since my last visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my crab bisque soup and half sandwich. The selection of soups was overwhelming and I made a quick choice or else I would have been debating all day! Looking forward to going back to try more. Their seating area was small but perfect.
Andrea and William are awesome. Their kindness and patience made an already delicious soup taste even better. Thank you for your great service when I was there.
Hale & Hearty (the chain) is expensive. They do offer lots of options and the soups I've purchased are decent. This location, due to it's proximity to Bryant Park is extremely busy.

This location in the GCT food court is not the full Hale and Hearty experience (otherwise they'd have 5 stars), but the superb soups etc are just as delicious.
Hale and Hearty soups is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch they never rush you out the salads are good they're made right in front of you and the soups are usually extremely good problem there are too many to choose from
As far as midtown lunches are concerned, Hale & Hearty notches in as a tad expensive. But few meals are as filling and satisfying as their Soup and Sandwich combo. And with dozens of soups and sandwiches to mix and match, the combinations ratchet into the hundreds.
They also really know how to hustle a lunch line.

Well First off let me start off by saying James is one great employee his attitude towards the customers is magnificent very polite and he can definitely give you a good laugh with your order.
Salad is so good here. You can make your choice of greens and toppings. Cheaper than Chopt by few dollars. Worth it!!
Variety and good taste of soups. Sandwiches are great too. Very healthy option to choose for lunch or dinner.
Excellent value/ price for NYC. Fast service. Seats about 15 ppl on 2x and 4x tables.
