Our time at Ofrenda was a delight! The guacamole was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Baja tacos were a textural masterpiece. The bartender whipped up a strong margarita, but the lively atmosphere on Taco Tuesday made it a bit noisy.
Bartender Arturo - super friendly and helpful when trying to choose which margarita to try during happy hour. Very caring and was able to describe how the ingredients for the drinks are made and chose to be all natural and no added sugar.
As a 1st timer here I’m definitely coming back
Great spot for date night, drinks with friends and overall good vibes good music.
Host was also very accommodating, as due to traffic I had to wait for my date - and they held the table until he arrived. Awesome all around 100/100!!!
Let me start of by saying the food was amazing 10/10. I had carnita tacos and they were delicious. Our waiter Alberto was amazing, friendly and very attentive. The place is very welcoming and cozy. My overall experience was great I would 100% recommend this place.

Tacos are full of ingredients and delicious. There is also a wide variety of sauces. Besides, the desserts were also very delicious. Be sure to try it.
Reasonably priced happy hour (for the west village). Tacos are $5 each (2 per order) and flavoured margs are $10. I got the prickly pear. Mushroom tacos are surprisingly good and tacos are a pretty big size.
It was my first job in NYC, I loved the food from the first moment, it's good to come back and know that everything is still exquisite! Excellent service, everyone very friendly! Ofrenda is a mandatory stop for a unique experience between gastronomy, good energy, friendliness and good music!
I came here specifically for a spicy margarita! AND BOY DID I GET ONE! It was delicious! I got the smokey one. Just the right amount of spicey and alcohol! will revisit for sure to try the food.

The drinks were soo delicious and they have happy hour everyday from 4-7 which is great.
The food is plated soo beautifully and everything is incredibly vibrant which made for great photos.
The waiter was sooo friendly and explained every dish and gave us amazing recommendations. The fish was phenomenal as recommended by the waiter definitely will be back.
I live near this place and have walked by a million times, always seeing it packed. Finally decided to try it and I see why. The food is so good and they have one of the best happy hours in the city. It’s every day from 4 - 7 pm offering $8 margaritas (add a flavor for a dollar), $8 wines and $sangria. They also have a food menu for happy hour serving up 2 tacos for $10. I went with the fish tacos and elote and they were amazing. Oh and don’t sleep on the queso fundido which is some of the best I’ve had in the city. I’ll be coming back here much more often. Tons of outdoor seating too!

The best happy hour in the village! The food is delicious and the margaritas always hit the spot. I would recommend Ofrenda based on the food and drinks alone, but the service and atmosphere are what make it extra special. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and fun! They remembered us after our first couple of visits and continue to welcome us. Ofrenda always has great music, a nice crowd of happy patrons, and overall a great vibe. I never feel the need to write reviews, but i just can’t recommend this place enough!
Came here for happy hour and left pretty happy. The food is great we got almost one of everything on the hh menu. The guac is probably one of the best I've had so far, not too salty and the chips not too thick. The drinks are good as well but a bit pricey after hh ends.
The people who work there become a family! Cozy decoration, they have a nice selection of happy hour drinks and food!
Was in the mood for tasty Mexican brunch! Had high hopes for Ofrenda (translates to ‘offering’ in English).. but giving it a 4 out of 5!

Food: yes and no.. could have been better
Fish tacos: must get, tasty.. fish is grilled so you don’t feel gross about eating something battered and deep fried
Chilaquiles: expected more..! Bit bland.. needed more salt! Felt like eating a bed of wet nachos that went soggy too early accompanied w/ a wedge of avocado
Huevos Rancheros: they were ok.. sauce could have packed a bit more punch to it.. the cotija cheese was good.. but could have been bit more.. it was average..
Want to give this place a 5, especially since service was great (kept refilling coffee, checking in on us).. but for being a nicer Mexican spot in Manhattan.. expected more! Sorry :/

Went to this restaurant for the first time with a friend last night, and we had a BLAST! The Happy Hour is every day until 7pm, and the deals are unbeatable! Incredible food & margaritas. Our server - I believe her name was Leanna - was extremely kind, friendly, attentive and didn't rush us one bit! We were there for a couple of hours catching up, and we were so appreciative that she came to check on us/take our orders at the perfect times. Additionally, after hearing it was our first time there, she brought us delicious tequila shots (on the house), which made our experience even better! The tacos and queso fundido were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and perfect, and we will definitely be back! Overall, very good price for all the food/drinks we got. I would 100% recommend this place.
So I’ve been working across the street for 5 years and it’s the first time coming here. I came here with intentions to have drinks with my fellow coworkers. Arturo (bartender) has made my evening and experience wonderful. I’m having such a great time with my coworkers and the hospitality here. My two coworkers were ahead and had two seats at the bar and when I came shortly after, another coworker and I had to stand and no later than 10mins he made sure to let us know there were available seats at the bar. He recommended the Tamarind Margarita and it is fantastic with a Tahin Rim. Thank you, Arturo! Definitely going to be my after work spot.
Best Michelada in the city! Always a warm welcome to be here. Drinks are coming out really quick and a peefect place to chill. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating. No matter how packed they are, they are always on point.
