Happened to be staying in a hotel next to Troquet. From the outside, it looked quaint and fun and intriguing since it was a French Bistro located in the middle of Little Italy. From the inside we were immediately attended to by friendly staff. The casual bistro atmosphere kept hidden the fact that the food was as good as any I have had in NYC. The recommended wine paired well with our dinner and appetizers followed by incredible desserts. Thomas and Clement, the owners, attended to us and made us feel like we were part of their neighborhood where they have created a place I will visit again and again.

I visited here recently, and the staff were so sweet. I was taken ill and they could not have been kinder, quickly packaging up my meal and running after me with a jacket I left. Just adorable. And when I recovered, I found the food to be superb! Next time in NY I will certainly return. Classy, understated establishment that I imagine is a secret locals try to keep to themselves! (Ty to my lovely waitress! x)

This place is delightful. It’s a small restaurant but that has no reflection to the big and flavorful Menu options. We started our afternoon late lunch with the tomato and cucumber gazpacho. I normally don’t like gazpacho but this has changed my mind about it entirely. For our main course we enjoyed the croque monsieur and the hanger steak. everything including the french fries are done to perfection. The staff here is extremely friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed our experience here and we will definitely be back. If you have not been I would this one of my favorite places in New York. It would also be a cute date night spot.

Just discover this place and it's absolutely amazing. Food is delicious, the Chef Camille is impressive. Well balanced, fine, beautiful presentation. French fine dining with American touch. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Perfect for lunch as well as early hour drinks and for dinner. Great selection for wine geek. Fair price :) Troquet will definitely become a place to be !!!

Such a great place with great food drinks and service. We were just wondering the streets, the weather was hot and humid and then we've stumbled upon this corner restaurant. The decor pulled us in but the team of servers were quickly making sure we'll have drinks and food. Loved it!

Went for a late lunch on a Friday and we loved it! It was quite empty, my coworker got the special Fish and Chips (yes he is Brit!!!) and the Chocolate Fondant - he loved both. I had the Green Bowl with Shrimp, the veggies are tasty and the dressing is awesome! We shared a bottle of Riesling - really good and fairly priced! Our waitress Maria was sweet, available and very knowledgeable! Will be back!

Cute little place with delicious bites and exceptional cocktails. Relaxing vibe and an abundance of fresh light. Stopped in here a few times now and each time I’m pleasantly surprised by how friendly the bar tenders are. Definitely give this place a go (especially for brunch!) while you’re out and about in SoHo.

The set menu for lunch was fabulous. First there was a bean puree based soup, then grilled salmon with roasted root vegetables. Everything was prepared excellently, and was quite delicious. My lunch companions said the burgers were great. The dessert dish of espresso with three different puddings - chocolate, pistachio, and lemon - was quite nice. The espresso was great, totally smooth, but with a little rye spiciness. Unfortunately, they do pack the tables in too tight, just to get in as many people as the small space will allow. But, aside some inevitable bumping from and against others, the food, the decor and the service were excellent.

Been to cheaper happy hours with more offerings, but the location is great and the vibe really sets a perfect scene. $9 cocktails, $8 wine, $5 beer and appetizers. Ordered the fries and mussels, which were yummy and not too heavy. Service was so great, will be back for sure.

This place is a gem. Fantastic food, great wine list, very intimate but vibrant atmosphere. Friendly staff that greet you as soon as you enter and make you feel welcome, even in the middle of a busy dinner service - a rarity in my book. Troquet is one of those restaurants that enhances its neighborhood; you can pop in solo and sit at the bar, or have a romantic date night, away from the madness and tourists of Little Italy.

Absolutely amazing! When visited during happy hour, I ordered glass of rose, and I was blown away by its aroma. When I tasted it, I felt all the fruits and flowers mix together in my mouth in a captivating sensory experience. The bread exceeded my standards, too. It was crispy and delicious, and the spread was something I’ve never tasted before. Not to mention, the décor created a calm ambiance that made me feel at home. The rose wallpaper was beautiful, and the fresh flowers on the table gave off a nice smell of spring. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We stopped for lunch. The fixed price offering (for $21) included a delicious frisée with soft boiled egg and chunky bacon, followed by a savory risotto with asparagus and Parmesan. Everything was delicious, including my Americano coffee. A nice selection of French wines are listed, of course. The staff were courteous, attentive and friendly. Wonderful.

Absolutely brilliant little bar with authentic french tastes and twists and a brilliant atmosphere. Visited here on our first and last days in New York. Jen and geoffery were absolutely brilliant with the service and made us some of the most beautiful and tasteful cocktails we have had in all of manhatten. Highly recommend. Also they run happy hour every day on food, wine and cocktails. Can’t rate them any higher. Its a must try!
