I live in the Bronx and consider this place my local. The food is consistently delicious, the drinks are creatively refreshing and the beer list is constantly changing to highlight local breweries' finest brews. The staff is welcoming and the ambiance is warm making this place feel comfortably homey. I gladly travel to Harlem for this place!

The soft-shell crab sandwich and the pop rock margarita was the bomb. I highly recommend this place Adam the bartender is so awesome.
Ran into this good local trying to avoid getting really wet from a storm which had just hit town. An inviting space with a fire place , friendly staff, well priced drinks and really good pub food, Would definitely go back . Oh and their pub next door really goes off in the evening ! Met some really awesome people and had so much fun.
It was rainy, wet and the pavement was drenched in a thin sheet of precipitation. I had just gotten home from a meat grinder shift at my day job and needed to stretch my legs. Not too many places to chill out around Harlem, these days. Not too many bars left to drink at without rubbing elbows with crusty faced college students, but I needed the excursion. Luckily for me, Harlem Public was located around the corner from my family’s apartment in Hamilton Heights (West Harlem).
Peanut. Butter. Burger.. Was not expecting to find this place in Harlem. You can't miss the peanut butter burger... it was too good. Seriously. Do it. Service was good, though the place is pretty crowded and drinks overpriced, and I had to get out the light on my phone to read the menu. I hate that! Anyway, good menu, and love the popcorn brought to the table. Again: peanut butter burger.
So far so good. Came here twice the last two days. Sunday afternoons were super busy, Monday was a bit more quiet. You'll bump elbows with your neighbors, but the food is good and the service is just fine. Peanut butter burger is alright - a house fav worth trying.
I randomly came here one day after work. The service, the food and the drinks were great. My puppy tagged along so I sat outside to eat. I ordered the purple rain drink and the chicken tenders. My bf and his friend ordered burgers. Yo, the chicken tenders was the BEST tenders I ever had. And as for the drink, it was so good and so smooth. I loved it. I recommend coming here on a day after work.
First time at this place. Had a great meal at this place. We were able to sit outside ima beautiful day. Server was great even though it was busy for a weekend lunch. I would recommend this place. We debated on getting an appetizer and the server suggested not too since it was busy and our food came pretty quickly.
This restaurant is around the corner from my apartment and I love the menu and the drinks. I've been here many times but I'm writing this review specifically to give a shout out to the server, Price. He was by far the most attentive server I've ever had while dining there. I didn't ever have to wait on anything I needed. My biggest issue with Uptown venues is the lack of urgency in service and it is worth it to give an excellent rating specifically for his service. Thank you Harlem Public for continuing to produce great food and drinks! Ask for Price!
Honestly...out of all the bar food in our area. This the best hands down. If you don't believe me then you should know im writing this review because they forgot 3 fried avocados in my salad (100% get the salad. amazing). I was gonna complain but realized objectively that I can't lol. The food has always been on point, prepared fast, and kept relatively hot by their cardboard packaging. Really phenomenal place...but don't forget my fried avocado next time ! (selling point of the salad IMO)
Great local place. Burger (Daddy Mac) was tasty and cooked as ordered. Lemon vinaigrette on the salad was delicious. Water service comes in an old gin bottle. Great queer-friendly place.
We had a great time here. The atmosphere is so nice and friendly, everyone here is so patient and takes our order with care.
Our server Mehrose I think thats her name, was great. She helped us with drink recommendations and also gave us suggestions on good food. We also ordered the honey sriracha wings, didnt take a picture of that, but it was spicy heaven. Salad was so good because of the dressing, and the chicken was satisfying. 100/100!
