Our first NY style pizza in NY City.
Very tasy , very huge and slim slice of typical NY style pizza.
We catch two slices , one with salami and one hawaii.
The most important is a dough for pizza and especially flour.
Here you can be sure that all ingrediens are fresh with good quality.
This small restaurant is of course more for tourist , because of localization , close to Empire , but anyway is a cheap and good place for tasty NY pizza.
Let's try and be happy!
Really good and filling huge pizzas are at this little restaurant if you're just around the empire state building area. It's really worth the price you pay for. 15$ for 2 big pizza pieces, cheese and chicken roll kinda thing and a water bottle which was more than enough for two adults.
Great lunch!. LOVE to grab a slice for lunch after traveling through Penn Station, shopping at Jack's 99 Cent World, or taking in the sights. In my opinion, after lunch, the pre-prepared slices can end up sitting a bit long, so a fresh pie made to order is your best choice at dinner time. Toppings are endless... The taste is fabulous... Empire Pizza is a MUST whenever I find myself in the area...
Fast, fresh, inexpensive. Great, no frills pizza. I can be in and out in less than 15 minutes and I get two slices of hot, fresh pizza with good crust (not great, good) and a drink for $5.00.
That isnt $5.00 plus tax, that is $5.00, for lunch, in Manhattan.
I dare you to even try to find something better for $5.00.
Consistenly good slices. When I'm really hungry and don't want to spend too much, I get their $5 special. It's two HUGE plain slices and a fountain drink. It's always fresh and good. They also have all the different combination pizzas, plus looks like some good dinner type foods. But I just get the plain pizza.
I go after 1pm and there's always a table to sit at.
Nothing special, just quick and good. Real New York pizza.
Pizza is so good!! The sauce is amazing!! Sometimes pizza places don't put the perfect ratio to cheese and sauce, but they do!! If you're in a rush and want something fast stop here!! $2.70 for a plain slice is kinda over my budget but it's worth it!!
Love this place. Pizza is so cheap and delicious. My boyfriend and I ate for $5. Plus, I love the laid back atmosphere. I didn't find it in need of modernization or anything like that. They have good pizza, and that's the whole reason I'm there.
Pizza is actually pretty good, even if they won't tell you whether they consider it sausage or meatball. Not very nice looking, but the last health inspection showed they are not too dirty in December 2012.
The best. Slice-and-a-drink for five bucks. Crispy crust, big variety of slices, or get a made to order pie. Classic NY pizza.
