The employees at this Starbucks are on the frontlines every day to meet the caffeine demands of UWS-ers in a .05 mile radius and they consistently deliver! I’ve been here at least once a week since July of 2021, and my order has always been completed correctly & on time.
This is the best Starbucks in Manhattan, and yes I have been to them all. They are always so friendly and fast and really go the extra mile to make their customers feel cared for.
They always make my order correctly and it’s always good energy in there at 7:30 in the morning !! Good way to start my day. Love the people who work there
Typical great Starbucks quality coffee and fast service, no surprises here. Space is rather limited and seating is not the most comfortable, all chairs and stools are metallic without any cushioning.

So very efficient! Although, I was disappointed that the cashier was processing orders on 2 registers to handle the influx of clientele and their orders. She shouldn't have to do a job meant for 2 people. The staff handled it very well and I was taken care off quickly and amicably. Very impressed! I'll be back.
