Excellent food and service.
My waiter and the sommelier were great.
The chef and the GM came out to say hi, highly reccomneded especially for wine lovers, amazing wine list the most extensive and most reasonably priced in the city.
Awesome friendly service and delicious food. Sommelier (Patrick) is super friendly and picked us a reasonably priced delicious bottle of wine. Drink list and bar tending staff were super.
Leek vinaigrette was amazing as were roasted beets. Duck was on point and veal porterhouse was incredible.
Do yourself a favor and don't miss out on the potatoes. Best I've ever had.
A very special place with excellent food, thoughtfully prepared along with some magnificent wine. Chef Daniel Eddy Quintana sets Rebelle with his warmth and love for his patrons.
The tasting menu was fantastic, the wine list was unique, the ambiance was trendy yet classy and friendly. Excellent dinner!
This was brunch perfection. It was relaxing and with hint of rustic chic. The space is huge and you won't feel cramped. It's subtlety of Christmas decor is lovely. The service was really top notch and unexpected for the city. The servers were trained well. Our water glasses were always filled. They checked in with us but they weren't overbearing. They made us feel very welcomed. The food here is just beyond. The croissants are so buttery and flaky. I just wished they were served warm. The pistachio and cherry croissant was flaky and so tender. The filling was just a hint of sweetness. The other two stand out dishes are the soft scrambled eggs and the butter poached lobster. Holy moly. Do yourself a favor and ask for more bread to soak up every bit of sauce. It's worth it. The whole meal was just delicious and worth the money. I would definitely recommend this place.
A delicious spot for a luxurious brunch. Start of with their wonderfully made pastries such as their pistachio croissant which has a nice flakiness and texture.
Their eggs benedict with foie gras felt grand and rich, but each component still stood out while pairing well with each other. The hollandaise sauce was velvety and covers each of the wonderfully cooked components, perfecting the dish.
The butter poached lobster was brilliant too. The lobster simply prepared but with respect, allowing it's flavour and freshness to shine.
Food and wine were outstanding in quality - very tasty. It is known for the long wine list and it is indeed, very impressive. The food was not as creative as I expected - from the name, design and Michelin star but very refined and tasty regardless. The service was quite personable. There are two rooms - we were at the back and it has my preference as you can see the kitchen and I found it cozier.
We went on a slow Thursday night, ordered the veal porterhouse, which I suspect is the flagship dish, and in any case is fit to be. It comes in a cast-iron dish, cooked perfectly, with potatoes the likes of which I've never had. Starter oysters were very reasonably priced and tasty. Michael made great wine recommendations and offered a taste test. Fantastic service and wonderful food.
Great food, very tasty, amazing wines (let the Sommelière guide you, she knows her job ! !). Service is very nice and personalized. The Chef makes sure you had a great time and comes out to your table. Worth the prices, which are not very high compared to what you could expect for such a must do restaurant in Manathan.
