I finally made it to Chelsea Market during my most recent visit to NY, and it did not disappoint! I love finding new market places and this one literally has everything. I couldn’t post all the pictures I took, but anything you can imagine this place having, it has. There are over 20 places to eat, with all kinds of options (Jamaican, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Seafood, etc), there is something for everyone. After you eat, there is wine tasting, shopping, grocery, souvenirs, dessert, flowers, art work, etc. We ate at La Devozione and Lobster Place Seafood Market. Both were amazing! There is too much to see in one visit (we spent 3 hours there), but I had a great time and I can’t wait to return.

Incredible cool food market. And forget about other food markets you may have visited in the past. Here you have EVERYTHING and more in terms of food. Since the market is in a former Oreo factory the whole setting has something industrial and cool. I can‘t recommend a special restaurant but no matter what you want to eat - they‘ll have it there.

Lovely market, delicious food. We tried dishes from a couple of different vendors; however, disappointingly, when we went at noon, several of the eateries were still closed with no sign of opening any time soon. There's plenty of outdoor seating with roofing and heating all around the outside to take your meal out to.

I love walking through Chelsea Market and seeing all the quaint shops. It was nice to see it busy again. Lots of history and I love the restoration of the building. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and left up for us to enjoy into January.

An interesting mix of shops, retail and food options aplenty. You will unlikely go hungry here. Most of the options are above average but nothing to shout about. Fairly pricey as well. Good place to get a gift or two for someone. Google’s office is right opposite!

I love Chelsea Market. My favorite place is Los Tacos n. 1. I love the Italian store on the bottom floor as well. They have such a great variety of food and other shops. It can get extremely busy but I enjoy it.

Wonderful place to visit. Place has a good mix of dining and shopping outlets. There is a wide variety of stores selling food, such as oysters, tacos and more - which you can choose to bring around the market, else you can find one of the public seating areas around the market. The stores around the market sell rather unique NYC-branded trinkets (when compared to what is on offer at other attractions around the city). Would recommend to any first-timer visiting New York, or to others who have not gone before looking for something novel to do.

For those who love places with historical sights this is for you. This Chelsea market is nice, but like everything else in NY very crowded. It is also small and with a lot of small stores inside. The place has different types of foods, cakes, etc. I don’t know what else to say, some restaurants has nice views? That’s about it!
