We stopped by here after lunch in Chinatown. The place was small but the aesthetic was great. The packaging was good considering the times and it was really clean inside. They had a vast amount of breads and treats. It was a great spot for a snack or drink.
So glad I found this gem on the block a while ago. The pastries here are unique, delicious, and the choices are beyond. I often find myself not knowing which to get and end up with half a dozen varieties. I highly recommend the yolk pastries , their assortment of sliced cakes and the egg tart! The classic pineapple bread is so yummy as well.
Went in this cute lil bakery trying to find a cake for a birthday, they had a few small cakes, we needed a larger sized cake. Compared to the pictures before going in, different designs at the time from what I recorded.
They did have a huge selection of pastries and some sandwiches. And different tea drinks that we ended up getting as well. I bought a red bean bun and did like it. Indoor seating was blocked off at this location.
We are delighted to have this great bakery in our neighborhood. We love everything we've tried - little sandwiches, great pastries, and even the birthday cake we ordered! That was particularly wonderful. If you're around this place, I highly recommend it.
Love at the first visit!!!! The baked goods are top notch in quality and taste. The bread is soft, fluffy and buttery while the filling is at the right level of sweetness. Personal opinion, this bakery is way better then the Paris Baguette😋
I only buy the strawberry cakes at this store. An 8 inch cake cost around $36. It comes with candles and a knife. When I don't want Taipan cake, I go here. It's similar to a Paris Baguette or Tous Les Jours. The breads are pricey so I avoid them. I took out one star b.c the consistency of the cake taste is not the same. I bought their cakes 3 times and they all tasted different. The cake with the Logitech mouse tasted too sweet and the design was lazily finished. The second one with the macaroon was the best tasting one. The third one with strawberry glaze is different, and would rate it last. Cake is moist (that's right i said it) and fruits taste fresh for the most part. They have green tea, blueberry, and chocolate cakes too. But i have not tried them yet. Customer service was good; staffs speak English and Chinese.
The 5 star is for the bubbles! The bubbles are cooked properly here, chewy and flavorful (which is often not the case for the bubble tea in other tea shops in Chinatown. The pastry is on the pricey side, however..
