My avocado toast was so delicious. And the salad was well seasoned. I also asked for a cappuccino with almond milk. Nice service. Sometimes is hard to find a table.

The salad turned out to be the best. Pancake was pretty good. Flavor of the avocado toast was great but I thought the bread could be a be toasted so it is at least a bit crispy.

Irving is always a strong offering for coffee and a snack. This particular one has plenty of seating upstairs (but is often crowded) and an additional 4 tables tucked away down some steep stairs behind the bar. The space downstairs is quiet and relaxing, if a little secluded. One star removed for the fact that they had a ‘B’ rating from the health inspector (as of March 2018), which I’m sure they’ll fix but there is little excuse for.

Perfect breakfast served by friendly staff. I am really happy with this place where I can choose from a large variety of breads, yogurts, eggs and much more in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Quick in and out or take your time and have a seat. It's all possible and the food is great.

Decent seating and friendly staff, they offer dairy free alternatives, all espresso pull drinks (eg americanos) are only 2 shots so know larger means more dilluted when orderings. The drinks are solid though.

Definitely love their oat milk chai latte too. No dairy guilt! Perfectly small tables for focusing! Some staff is very nice.

Lovely place with a well stablish menu. The best is the split between downstairs (where you can work on your laptop) and upstairs (where you enjoy the view).

Nice and simple coffee shop on the street corner on the LES. Coffee drinks are great! I tried the savory biscuit, and it tasted slightly bland and stale. Oh well.
