It's a nice place for a quick meal or eat a baguette, everything looks delicious and is a good value for the money. The place is very cousy and the staff very friendly! And I love the smell of French pastry you have as soon as you open the door.
While they offered ficelle on the menu, there was none available on the morning of our visit. The buttered bread roll was sufficiently light and fresh and the coffee was great. They did not have jam available it seemed. The other options, almond croissants and pain au chocolate were not as well appreciated by my party. The almond croissants were very dense and oily and not appealing and the pain au chocolate had a scarce amount of chocolate. While it is great this bakery is in this neighborhood and has a regular following, a bit more quality control is needed here.
