I enjoyed the most incredible dinner last Friday on the rooftop of the Restaurant at Rose Hill!! The Carpaccio of Beef with Pink Peppercorn Condiment, Black Summer Truffle, Crisp Parmesan and Fried Artichoke Hearts is an artful display and flavor kaleidoscope. Everything on the menu is a palate teaser and pleaser. Great wine menu and a female beverage director to guide you in your selection. Good music and a cool, eclectic crowd too. If you're in NYC, treat yoself and go there for brunch, lunch, dinner, whatever. Just go there!! Chef Keith E. Geter is about to really takeoff!
This new hot spot has all of the ingredients for success. Besides the friendly staff and owners Philippe and Frederic, the roof top, back bar, front bar and restaurant are elegant, the food is excellent and the ambience superb.

Delicious and different meal. Small plates make for a very interesting mix of foods and you're not so stuffed you can't move! They were out of 2 of the items we wanted to try but made very good recommendations that hit the spot.
