OMG! This ice cream spot is sooo hip and cool! Got a chocolate with pops,of salty and sweet, don’t remember the name of it. The customer service was A+, our server, Layla was as sweet as the yummy ice cream. Described flavors, gave us taste samples— made our trek from Pennsylvania all worthwhile!! A definite must if you’re visiting NYC!
Friendly and helpful staff. My favorite flavor so far is Killah B (blood orange, golden beet puree, and cocoa nibs). Creamsicle gone to the big city! I bought a pint with scoops of 3 different flavors. Since I was hanging out in the store with friends who were eating cones, the staff offered to keep my pint in the big freezer so it was still cold when I got home. I'll definitely be back!! <3

I had been drooling over the Instagram pics of the Humble Pie for some time and knew when I got to NYC for this visit I had to try it. I showed the friendly guy at the kiosk an Instagram pic of it and told him I'd like that. I pointed out that their menu photo didn't look the same. Had I just been walking by, not sure I'd even order because their photos don't do their desserts justice. Holy smokes! This was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Perfect in every way! Friendly service and worth the $10 price tag! Don't pass this place by! ****2nd visit again at the Times Square kiosk the afternoon of 7/25/18 was a dud, both service and the ice cream choice. Two girls working the kiosk seemed inconvenienced to have to get up to greet and serve myself and customer before me. Never in all of my NYC visits have I ever received unfriendly service. Ordered the $11 ice cream Sammie on a donut. Average chocolate ice cream served up on a stale, funky tasting, super sugary donut. Such a disappointment the second time around.
Delicious! The cashiers were both so welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family visiting NYC. Order the brownie w vanilla ice cream and fruity pebbles!!

Really chill (damn no pun intended) atmosphere and great staff! I've only tried out the 9am but I highly recommend this place. Also, great (good) hip hop blasting. � Definitely a plus!
Really unique flavors and super friendly staff! I had the milk money (yes, that's the actual name of the flavor) in a matcha green tea cone and it totally hit the spot on a hot summer day.

I saw this shop premiered on CBS Sunday Morning and put it on my list of places to visit while vacationing in NYC. It did not disappoint and was better than I even expected! Loved the different flavors of ice cream. Unique! If you have the opportunity check it out. You will not be disappointed!
