I’m from the uk and I’m a food health freak and vegetarian- and the uk are absolutely crap at providing healthy options on menus etc. I love this place I’m in food heaven - such an array of wonderful healthy options. I wish we had one in the uk
did a tasting with Luv Michael today at Fresh and Co. I can not say enough about the people who work here. From the manager letting us use the outdoor eating area for our set up to the cashiers wearing our pins and being a huge supporter of our mission. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! We will definitely be back!
I love this place. Thank you for proving that fast food doesn't have to be ass food.
I love this place. I don't go into the city often, but if I happen to be there and see a Fresh & Co, I am definitely stopping by. As the name implies, the food is ALWAYS fresh. Good quality food, a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it
Our place of relief when in New York City Best service and salads in the city.
Venir y prendre le ptit dej ou autres repas l ambiance New Yorkaise y est bonne
.... le choix excellent
Just amazed at how much varied foods you can have, fresh, healthy and brilliant staff!.
I can't even express how much I love your gluten free stuff, I wish I could have your bagels every day
I had one of the vegan salads. It was fabulous. I forget what it was called, but it was the one with the avocado chimichurri dressing.
Best salad I have ever eaten! #salad
Loved my experience! Tasted fresh and delicious! Will come back again and again!
Loved the agean bowl & falafel salad 👌👌 The service is prompt, staff is cordial and although the place is busy, wait time is minimal. The produce is fresh and cooked/assembled in front of you which adds to the experience of eating fresh. The portion size is huge! 👍
Good place good foood very tasty and yummy liked the ambience amd staff very helpfull always ready to help us in ordering food amd drinks very good place
Good food. I had the turkey and cheese on flat bread. The bread was fresh and tasted great by itself. Service was a bit slow even though no line.
Stopped by for an easy breakfast. Was very happy that they offered oatmeal (with two choices of toppings) as well as the usual bagels and sandwiches (though mom was happy with her eggs on bagel). Also, the coffee was better than other places. This place really does feel cleaner, more modern and more fresh than the standard deli or diner. Thumbs up.
Most lunch places in this area are both overpriced and mediocre. I get excited when I find a spot that is "overpriced and delicious" or "mediocre and cheap." Cafe du Soleil is the rare breed of "delicious and not overpriced."
Let me explain. The little cafe uses very fresh ingredients to make the best salads and sandwiches. My favorite is the Bay Shrimp Sandwich, which comes with slices of avocado, cucumber, and lettuce. The salads are a great value! The small portion (~$8) may be large enough for a meal. I asked the owner once which was his favorite sandwich and he had such a hard time choosing because every item on the menu is like his baby and he didn't want to love one child more than the others.
There are a few tables inside as well as a few tables outside but most people take the food to go. It gets super crowded during lunch time; don't worry, the line moves pretty fast.
I liked how they have vegan options when every deli places in the area don't have any. Their prices aren't bad for what you get. It's just nice to have a healthier option when the surrounding eateries are all pizzas and burgers.
Great spot lunch on the go and superb wraps...
Pricey for salad, but hits the spot in midtown.
Loved the Mediterranean quinoa bowl
Salads good, a bit pricey!. I've stopped here a couple times in the last two years. The food is good, the menu modern, and the "chopped salads" neat. You first select from the board of suggestions or tell them exactly what you want in it, a salad dressing, and then using a two-handed mezzaluna they mix and chop the salad into little bite sized pieces.
The salad is a good size and was very tasty.
The downside is the price: two salads, two non-alcoholic drinks, and a side-fruit salad was over $30. A little much for a grab and go type place.
