Great atmosphere and friendly staff. It was nice to be able to catch up with people from Bandung and Bogor. The tofu satay had a nice crust charcoal aroma with generous serving of the satay sauce. The ayam bakar Bali was good as well. Just enough crisp on the outside with aromatic sweet and spicy soya sauce glaze with fresh red chili (There's no substituting the taste of a fresh cut/ground red chili on a spicy sauce). The kelepon was good but can use a little bit more gula jawa filling (more is always good). The Martabak was good also. The Kwetiau Goreng was so-so though. But more items to try ... Will be back for sure. Can you guys make Siomay Bandung please ???

Went there for an open mic, expecting the food to be "just OK" as with many poetry venues -- what a surprise to find that the food was amazing! We had the Indonesian Iced Tea (so delicately floral that it didn't need any sweetening), Tofu Mie Goreng (delicious spicy noodle dish), and Es Alpukat (avocado / espresso / vanilla / condensed milk smoothie, exquisitely rich and totally unique). Servings are generous, service is friendly, and prices are quite reasonable for the high quality and West Village location. Highly recommended, can't wait to go there again!
