Charleys is the one of the few stores left open at Newpark Mall which sells food fit for a meal. My Philly cheese steak was pretty good, especially combined with the savings I got from downloading the Charleys app.
Charleys at Newpark Mall is hands-down my favorite Charleys location. All of the employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food is always made fresh to order, so it's piping hot. Bread is always perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, cheese is melted, veggies are plentiful, and fries are overfilled in the cup. I've never had a bad experience here, and I always feel welcome every time I come back.
