burgers are amazing!!! Food is always fresh and customer service is on point!!! Also the have good alternatives for healthy meals too. Most importantly, the restaurant is very clean and sanitary!!!
A good place to go when you need a big hamburger and seasoned fry fix. Be hungry! I love the fact that you can load up with as many toppings as you like (included). In the mall food court. Available seating can be tight.
This place is amazing. Not just for the food but for the 5 star quality service! Mia and all her team tonight went above and beyond when they allowed us to place a last minute order 2 minutes after closing time and not hesitating for a moment with a smile, she even continued her great hospitality by offering us water. Even bigger props because after they took our order 3 more parties came to order food. Thank you so much Mia and tonight's team you made our evening 10 times better!!
Pretty great burgers. I love that you can order so many toppings. If you want to be a little adventurous order a burger "all the way" with a side of Cajun fries. Though it's not the best food you can get in Fashion Island, it's my usual go-to place down in the food court.
5 Guys is by far one of the best burger joints anywhere. Their burgers are much better than In-N-Out or other similar competitors. The seasoned fries are bomb as well.
They also have bags on bags of peanuts there that you can munch on while your food gets prepared.
It’s alright but 13 dollars for a basic burger is insane.
They have really good fries that they fry in peanut oil. Gluten free options for burgers include iceburger buns. Some locations have milkshakes that are pretty good!
Getting more expensive. 39 dollars for 3 burgers and one fry but still happy about the meal.
Food was excellent service was excellent however only had three employees on Sunday at noon they were working as hard as they possibly could imagine trying to get the line down and get all the orders ready note to the management please hire some more employees to help your staff
