I come here whenever I visit the coast. I always have the Potato Tornado for breakfast. Coffee is excellent, with frequent refills. Service is friendly and accommodating. Only downside: The place is tiny and popular, so you may have to sit outside or at the counter, or wait for a table. You'll be in tight quarters and may end up chatting with folks at the next table. No matter; everyone is jolly here. Love it!

It is a nice, cute cafe. The service is great, the people are nice, and the food is delicious. They also make the food look nice and bring it out really quick.

The atmosphere is relaxing and very enjoyable. The food is superb! At the recommendation of our host I had the Corned beef hash with poached eggs and a side of sausage gravy. OMG! Mouth-wateringly delicious! The flavors melted on my tongue! And if you have time I highly recommend walking down to the beach and taking a stroll. All of your senses and your whole being will be renewed, replenished and rewarded!

Cafe Stephanie is a great little breakfast/brunch spot in Newport. The place is small and it fills up fast so if you're hungry plan accordingly. The weekdays tend to be less busy than the weekend. The staff is very friendly and will greet you as you walk in. They offer lots of great breakfast options including traditional breakfasts, scrambles, omelettes, and pastries. They used to give you a scone when you were seated but that seems to have stopped. Pricing is reasonable and so are the portions. I ordered the cinnamon roll and oats. The cinnamon roll was everything you would expect: light and fluffy with tasty frosting all over. The oats were good as well but they were kind of dry and I wish there was more milk to pour over them (but that's a personal preference). I've been to Stephanie's several times and will return the next time I'm in the area.

Service was super friendly and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. They allowed us to have our pup as well. I had some delicious peach crepes 🔥 and my husband got the French toast with marionberry compote. Loved the way the French toast was served, smaller bites and super yummy. Will definitely head back to this spot. Great option for an earlier breakfast.

My favorite brunch spot in Newport! Nestled in Nye Beach is Stephanie Cafe. Tasty food, great service, and a kind staff. There’s outdoor seating, high top seating inside as well as tables. I highly recommend this cafe!

Not traditional fare but very tasty. My son had biscuits and gravy and was warned they were spicy and claimed to like them but had a lot of leftovers. The bacon burrito was very good just not what you're used to. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate though. I'd say 3 stars for old guys like me, 5 stars for hipsters. Split the difference.

It's hard to describe Cafe Stephanie in any other way than a truly unique dining experience. From the decor to the exquisite menu selections to the friendly staff, Cafe Stephanie is a delightful place for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. The sausage, bacon, ham, and mushroom omlette was perfect, and the home fries are pan fried (and not deep-fried). The vanilla French toast was also perfect and had great flavor and presentation. Our breakfast at Cafe Stephanie left us feeling satisfied in every way.

We were blown away by this place! Amazing unique offerings like zucchini french toast, but also show stopping classics. Best french dip ever. Friendly staff too. We will be back!
