I happened upon the restaurant by chance as I was visiting from NY. My partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The Crab eggs Benedict was delicious. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was excellent. The waitress was extremely kind and and very informative as to points of interest in Newport. I would highly recommend the restaurant.
Visited Newport for a week and ate here four times for both breakfast and lunch. It's a cozy friendly diner with an extremely versatile menu. I really enjoyed their chicken salad sandwich and their banana nutella stuffed French toast (see pic). Annie's will be missed.

Came in for breakfast and loved the corned beef hash Benedict that I got. Waitresses were extremely friendly and service was fast. Glad that they are finally open and no longer cash only! Definitely the breakfast place to go to when visiting Newport.

Had a very good fish samich there today with a really good remoulade sauce on a nice toasted/buttered bun. Cute 'lil place. Very clean. My waitress was very nice and attentive. Fries were really good too... nice and crunchy!
Benny's are awesome as well as cornbeef have fast and friendly service and they now take cards
