I made a huge mistake going here. These donuts are so good, there's just no words for it. With so many combinations, you can find something that you love and have something new every time. I did think they were a little small for the price but the fact that they are made fresh more than makes up for that. That also means that you aren't getting stale donuts if you go later in the day. The only downside is that they are not as good when they're cold, but they're not going to last that long anyway (plus they were still delicious, they're just a tad better warm). I'm really glad I only drive past Newtown twice a week because otherwise I would want to go every day. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. It more than exceeded the hype. The donuts are cakey and crumbly and warm with icing dripping off the side and it's just so so good.
Plus the staff were friendly and informative. They explained the whole concept since I had never been there before. Service was fast. The store was nice and clean. There is nothing that they could do to improve. If you haven't been here yet, what are you doing? Go right now.
These freshly fried donuts are awesome. You order and then watch as your donut moves from the grease to the counter so one of the staff can dress it up for you. They have a few that are preprepared with a heaping cream topping, but these do sellout quickly. Highly recommend the German chocolate donut, and don’t skip their freshly brewed coffee!
Ordered two donuts. The donuts were smaller than I expected for the price that they go for, but they were still very good.
They had a nice golden crispy fried exterior gave it a good feel when you bite into it. The inside isn't the kind of super light/airy texture, it's more substantial inside than something like krispy kreme.
The frosting was very smooth and pretty on the donut, applying the flavor that ordered well. The frosting does make a bit of a mess in the box as each had a puddle of the solidified frosting underneath them from after they were dipped. Not a huge deal, the frosting solidifies so it's not like it was leaking through the box, but I'd say grab a napkin.
First time at factory donuts and it was delicious! Dave, Theresa, Nicole and Maggie were so friendly and helpful! Love it
These donuts actually exceeded my expectations as I anticipated them to be good but knowing it was a franchise I did not anticipate how delicious they may be. They were fresh, tasty, presented nicely and still warm when we ate them at home 30 min later.
My son does not like donuts and we convinced him to try your mint chocolate chip donut and strawberry lemonade and he now likes donuts! Well those anyway! The two women working were very pleasant and we were happy with service. In the future I would like to see a peanut butter frosting and interested in seasonal donuts.

donuts are made in front of you! they are fluffy and delicious and satisfy any sweet tooth you might be having. cant wait to come back
It was my first time at the store, wow I was like a kid in a candy shop. The staff were amazing and explained everything very clearly, now on to the doughnuts. They were out of this world the flavour selection was incredible, the maple and bacon was like a party in my mouth. It was also nice to see them being freshly made. If your ever in the area please drop into the store.
This should be called "fresh handmade donuts" because there's nothing factory about it. They make donuts to order. They fry them up, then add the toppings fresh. You get some nice warm donuts. Make sure you tip the person working there. When I went this woman was the only one in the store and she still managed to be very nice and attentive.
Great made-to-order doughnuts...as fresh as they get, and super tasty.

The donuts here are out of this world! My favorite, aside from all of them being my favorite, is the mint chocolate chip, soooo good!!! The donuts are always freshly made daily and made to order. You can pick from their favorites or be as creative as you like and make your own! Everyone working there is always pleasant, and what better way to start your day or even better after a long day, to grab some yummy donuts along with smiles from the friendly staff. Well now the staff actually seems more warm and friendly. There use to be one employee in there and she would always roll her eyes. At first I thought it was just me but then noticed her doing it multiple times to others. Either way haven't seen her the last few times and it's been a more pleasant experience. Also, the coffee is really good, and I’ve actually gotten a cup and left it overnight in the refrigerator to make iced coffee the following day and it still tasted just as fresh. I’ve visited this establishment many times and will continue to be a loyal customer. This is just what the Newtown area needed!
Highly recommend! I purchased a large tray of nuggets (munchkins) for a grad party and everyone LOVED them! Jamie helped me pick flavors and everything was perfect. 130 nuggets for $25. Pretty good if you ask me! I would definitely do this again. Thank you!
I was grabbing lunch with a friend and while waiting, I noticed people were grabbing donuts from this place. Going in was not a mistake in the slightest. The donuts are made fresh right in front of you and brings me back to my days of being a kid at krispykreme. And they’re delicious of course, absolutely fabulous donuts! Definitely going to be a regular.
Great donuts! Love that they are still warm when we get them home. However, how early do you need to get there to purchase cream donuts?Today (Tuesday) my husband got there at 7 a.m. was told they were just a display and on a Saturday at opening...no cream donuts! 😞

Our new favorite donut place. So many flavors to choose from. Coffee is fabulous too. Unfortunately if you don’t go early you won’t get any cream donuts. They need to make more throughout the day. Everyone asks for them.
